There's not much more i can add to the negative reviews left by so many other unhappy customers , this is not a tracking company or service , it is a joke of an outfit and run by the Muppets ( the Muppets would certainly do a better more proficient job ) I will never use a seller again that uses these cowboys i just don't see the point of them and their website to contact them really takes the biscuit .

We have been using Aftership for almost 2 years now.
In the last 3 months everything is broken.
Updates not working with couriers.
App/plugin doesn't sync anymore
The worst is the customer service. Or, there is no customer service.
- standard/default replies after 2-4-5 days of waiting - follow up and again 2-4-5 days of waiting
They recently migrated to a new framework, and everything's broken + extra delays with customer service.
The poorest customer service ever experienced and now it seems to become a paid service which stops working without notice and getting frustrating customers not knowing where their parcel is.
Definitely we will soon stop these service.

Really really bad tracker,..it doesnt track anything.
It keeps saying that the package is announced,.... for days and days. In fact it should be zero stars.

Pathetic. You people better learn from amazon how to track shipment and update customers. You are still not yet born, will take years to catch up amazon. God bless.

Tragic. Keeps saying i gave the wrong post code, even though I know the post code and can literally check it myself on facebook. Never again, i paid extra for express delivery and this is what i got.

I used this service for awhile. During that time it seemed to work alright. However, after I signed up for autopay, they started to take my money & stopped providing service. I contacted customer service and they wanted my passwords I use. I thought this was really fishy. Despite repeated attempts to contact them regarding the money they owe me, they will not respond or refund. Evidently, they will not do anything till I give them my passwords. Not sure if this company is on the up and up. They took my money, stopped service, and were not willing to refund payment.

HORRIBLE. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY IF POSSIBLE. My package has been lost for over a month and they are doing NOTHING about it. Sent me a couple links and they all bring me to the same useless page. This company is a joke and F**KING SUCKS. Do they even know what customer service is? This company is absolutely disgusting, appalling, horrific, how many other negative words are out there, they are fitting for them all. I wish i could leave a 0 star review.

Aftership continue to bill me even though I requested cancellation over two weeks ago.
Had to use an unauthorized transaction claim against them to get my money back.

App is nice, let you scan the barcodes. But it has been broken for months, not receiving push notifications. Also, VERY late in sending you updates. I was a paying customer but I’m about to cancel a soon as they stop offering pay-as-you-go subscriptions.

It seems that some say it's good and many say don't bother. My experience is that it absolutely useless as it gave no information from my courier. All it said was waiting for information but the courier site direct had information. This type of service must work all of the time and unreliability will reflect also on the company that you buy from.

First time I've had to use this company and it will be the last I hope. No one has been in touch to explain why my parcel is sitting in a logistics center or why it's been there for over 10 days now. Hermes the shipping company are even less helpful. Situation is someone in Germany paid Hermes to deliver a parcel to the UK. They haven't and won't explain why. Are they keeping it? have they lost it? or have they stolen it?

I've been using Aftership up to 2 years now. They have tweaked their interface a lot. The design is simple and the interface is user-friendly. Their app is available for free on the Play Store and the App Store.
I use this to track all of my parcels such as, Amazon, Fastway, An Post, Royal Mail, DHL, 4PX, UPS and i-Parcel.
It updates the status of my parcel faster than the original courier. Sometimes, it also show extra information that was not shown in the original courier.
