3.GM Wish events, pay a ridiculous amount of $$ to get ridiculous items/gears.
4.Weekly/Monthly/Loyalty tiers worth of spending $$. They have worse monetization than mobile games.
5.Their games tend to monetize more than even the native KR/TW version of their games do. Just to emphasize the greed. I know they are a business, but this is next level, top tier p2w monetization.
6.Events are almost always worse than native counterparts of their games. They almost always remove freebie things, like daily login rewards/etc.
7.VERY SLOW updating. The content on their games arrive so slowly, that private servers are months ahead.

Just don't play any aeria games, I spent $100 for my first char in AK just to get erased by Aeria for not playing it for 4 months, when I send them a ticket, yes they reply it 4 days later, but they said that there no nickname like what i told them, bullsht I waste that 100$. And my other 2 friends who I played with got banned for no good reason, wait actually there is a reason, a very "dumb" reason, they said my friends use cheat, while in fact they aren't.
But i'm okay with it, I love AK so i play it from scratch again and buy another 100$ AP, oh and you know what happen? All the thing I got is trash, worthless to mention, this developer just want your money, they deliberately slowing the update of new event and item and wait for you to buy it, after that they will update a new item, so you can go and suck your finger seeing a new cool item. Don't buy anymore AP from them, it's a total scam.
If only I knew about the private server sooner I won't be wasting my money and 4 years in aeria server.

NEVER REGISTER, PLAY, DOWNLOAD, GET, ANY GAMES FROM THEM OR HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM, EVER.
If there was a 0 rating, I would give 0 gladly.
This company sucks, their support system does not exist. You open a ticket or send them an email, you never get a reply, no matter how serious is the issue.
In fact, weeks ago my account on them was hacked, someone gained access to it, changed my password, changed my email, and so I wasn't even able to get it back. So I sent them few tickets about it, never got a reply, meanwhile the hacker is still enjoying my account, deleting my characters, deleting my items, trading my items. An account on which I SPENT REAL MONEYS about $900 on it.
Obviously i'm now trying to chargeback all my moneys and they even try to dispute the chargeback, so they have time to dispute chargebacks but never have time to reply tickets and mails? That's insane.
This company only cares about moneys, they don't care about their own players, customers, if you ever get an issue you're screwed, cause they will never help you, they will never reply any tickets, any emails, nothing.
I have never seen a worse company than this one, and I have dealt with many in my experiences.
Take this as a warning: STAY AWAY FROM AERIAGAMES or be prepared to get scammed and be very disappointed.

The German company that runs Dawn of Gods is the worst gaming company with the most stupid and incompetent programmers in any game I Have encountered. They can't fix anything and don't know anything about game play. Truly an idiotic company run by bozos.

I've played a lot of games and dealt with a lot of gaming company's support, AeriaGames is by far the worst. Slow response time, terrible at pinpointing the issue and overall very unpleasant to work with, so I stopped playing their game Aura Kingdom after spending lots of money on Aeria Points, one time I tried to go back and check out what's new, and guess what? my account is banned due to "billing inactivity" so basically they banned me because I stopped spending money on their games....

Aeria games has terrible response times. The worst I have ever seen , I find myself waiting 7-14 days for a response to a ticket.. takes over 1 week for them to even open your ticket which is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Save yourself some money and time and find a game and company deserving of your money (Aeria games is not)

If I could travel back in time, the first thing I would do is warn myself to never purchase Aeria Points. Aeria Games treats their customers like trash, even their whales, such as myself who mistakenly spent $500+ on Aeria Points. I'm baffled at how bad their customer service is. Expect to wait a few days on average after opening a support ticket for either a rude or canned response. They will ban you for literally ANY reason. Like, if you haven't spent any money in a while, guess what...you're banned! Haven't logged in a month? You're banned! Bottom line, AVOID Aeria games. Don't get scammed, save your money.

It seems Aeria Games is only good at one thing: Buying the rights to some shady unknown Free 2 Play MMORPG games, make some advertising for a bit, then let the game die while they take your MONEY through Cash $hop micro transactions.
It happened with Shin Megami Tensei IMAGINE Online. It was a decent game, but lacked advertising and updates. They only were good at taking the money from the cash shop, let the game die without giving a flying fµck and then sold / revoke the rights to ATLUS (who then let it go to Marvelous USA short time before the server got shutdown)...
You have been warned. DO NOT PLAY AERIA GAMES F2P GAMES IF YOU EXPECT DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT !

Their customer support is the worst I've ever seen. I've had better support from scammers than this company. Your items (which you overpaid for, with real money) will magically disappear, your ticket to customer support will then be answered a whole three months later (and I'm not exaggerating, I sent it in may and just received an answer). In this answer they will tell you they've "investigated" the issue and then blame it on you. They'll take you for a complete dumbass and tell you YOU DELETED THEM. If you ever have a problem with a game bug, don't expect them to help you! They'll simply tell you to ask around in the game and that maybe another player can help you with it. The economy in their games is horrible, the prices for stuff is unattainable without paying real money and you'll have to pay hundreds to get a good mount or a good piece of armor. Don't even think about PvP if you don't have any real money to spare.

I'm here to report an injustice that occurred while playing one of the games for a company called Aeria Gaming.
I hope that I will get some support from you guys because I do not know what else to do about this.
I had purchased so many in-game items that the company promised that I get full time for my characters. The items/previliges were bought on April but after a server merge sometime between then and now the items were thrown away down the drain. The cost of the items were about $200-400, I'm not exactly sure how much since it has been awhile since I bought them.
I told them about it and this is their reply.
After I explained everything they sent me this.
The "small compensation" they're talking about is just a few consumables that last for a short time. Again, I spent so much money on those items that I bought and yet they give me something that I did not agree on. I tried to explain that I can not settle for this (with some harsh words, please understand my frustration at the moment)and they kept sending the same thing over and over.
How can you expect that I will play more of these games after such incident is beyond my understanding. The best thing I can do at the moment is spread this news for gamers everywhere to make them pay.

NOTE: This might be a long story but I want to know how to fix this.
I saw a lot of other posts spreaded all over the internet with a bad review.. I thought the problem is not that bad as the people describe it. Well yes it is.
A few days ago I played Soldier Front, played this years ago when IJJI hosted the game but I quitted because I didn't have that much time to play.
So i decided to go and play Soldier Front again with a friend of mine. When we were playing and gained some ranks and some good equipment and weapons to play with, we noticed we were meeting a lot of hackers.
And not the hackers who are almost undetectable.. No no, what I mean are people spraying with snipers without reloading and firing all over the place. Ooh almost forgot to mention they can not die too.
This happened almost every game, almost every game I played we met at least 1.. Sometimes it might be possible to get 2 or maybe 3 in a game, in opposite teams (which makes it harder to win)
I got tired of these hackers so i decided to send a mail to AeriaGames, because i was curious why these hackers were $#@!ing up the game, and the next day they repeated it all over again. They didn't get a permanent ban or anything like that.
They responded pretty quick after that. What i got as an answer was:

Thank you for replying regarding an offender.
While we appreciate your efforts, a simple accusation does not provide adequate evidence for banning. We will keep an eye on this user and try to catch him in the act, but if
you can provide a screenshot or video of the actual offense as it happens during the game, we can respond with much swifter action.
To send us a screen shot, please host the image to a free image hosting site such as tinypic and provide us with a direct link to the image. We cannot open attached files.
Please be sure this image is clear and large enough to read in game text easily.
To send us a video, please capture and upload the video on a free video hosting website and send us a link to the video. Feel free to use YouTube - http://www.youtube.com/
If there's anything else we may assist you with, please let us know!

When I saw this i didn't get mad because this is understandable.
I played the game and try not to be bothered by hackers and just kept reporting them.
The next day I found out I got banned for no reason. (at least what I thought)
So I tried to contact them again by mail and asked them for the reason.
The first response was (after 72 hours instead of 48) I violated the rules and got banned because I was hacking. They couldn't tell me what hack or when or whatever.
So I replied to that mail with the question if they got evidence to show me that I was using a hack.
I got the same reply on this email as the first 1 (this reply I only in a matter of time So thumbs up for the quick reply.)
After that I got a little bit mad and replied on that mail, with the same question.
I wanted to see some evidence and the reason why I got banned at instant.
I can not get my account back.
Is there anybody who got there account back even when they were accused of hacking.
I don't even know how I can prove them wrong..
1 thing I know for sure.. They don't do anything about the real hackers without the proper evidence (because the people who got screencaptured are still playing)
Next to the "help" I got, the game is O.K. Without the hackers and the buggs it would be better.

This review is specifically towards Aura Kingdom Community Support (in my experience).
If you write a ticket regarding any issue, they brush it off as if it was nothing to them and give you automated responses. They sometimes don't even read any of the text that you write in your ticket. (they misinterpreted my ticket to the fullest, I assumed they really didn't read my issue at all) They take 24 hours to respond once and only one time per day, sometimes TWO if you're lucky. All of it together is ineffective and doesn't resolve issues that are presented until maybe a week or weeks later. Feels to me as if they half ass their job and it stresses out the customers with submission tickets, because they wait days for responses in hopes of getting their problems resolved but in the end probably turn out the worst anyway.
Product managers and game masters of Aura Kingdom are recognized by their efforts towards improvements but as for the Aura Kingdom Community Support, it hasn't gotten better for as long as I can remember (no improvements since Aura Kingdom has started).

Please don't waste your time playing this aeria game. The game is worthless. Developers, and no one is admitting that the game is broken. Please do not play the game because all they do is take your money if you pay. Sure, they are not twisting your arm when you buy but they do not respect the fact that they need to fix the game. They have changed the features but not the problem . They are $#*!ing scum. They pretend you don't exist as a customer and player. $#*! you immortalis and aeria. You dumb $#*!s. E-mail I received stated I was banned for inappropriate language in shout box. End of email says violation of Terms of Service, nothing is mentioned about inappropriate language.
Make an alt account,hound them for not knowing the difference between ToS and Forum Rules. They ban that account and revoke shoutbox priveleges.
Then give then criticize them for a horribly planned event telling them they need to think it over and that they're only targeting 2 - 6% of a sudden 3000 player base which is really small to begin with and that a tournament / event is something everyone should feel obligated to participate in.
Volunteer insists his idea is the best and refuses to accept the criticism and that the event as a whole is horribly though out. Posts and threads get deleted I get banned.
If your volunteer and official staff aren't willing to accept feedback/criticism that isn't positive l, then get the $#*! out of the industry. How the $#*! are you as a company supposed to grow when you can't handle feedback that isn't positive or praising you.
They banned 3 of my accounts in about 3 days. Good job you hire morons. #S4League a community for the incompetent.

First, when i play a game it always crash... Everyday s4 league is being down... I have an aco$#*! also that I have spended 1,5k hours of playing and about 200$... For no reason they banned my account... When I sent a ticket to ask why they banned me, They banned the account where I sended a mail... So not only they are big fools... But they stealed my money and banned me for no reason. Conclusion they are worst then Nexon

I got ripped of by aeria games, playing kingsroad. They never admit their mistakes and never compensate for game bugs. In my case KINGSROAD caused valuable items to dissapear after working a month to get them. They dont answer mails for a month [they send some premade answers without reading your mail and put you on wait for weeks because they are "investigating"] then they claim its customer's fault. Then my mail is blocked. I heard the same story from many people in my alliance but now it happened to me too. THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE ENEMIES!

Aeria closed Golden Age without prior notice and with no offer of a refund. Not only that, but they offered a 50% bonus buy of AP the week before they closed the game. Don't trust them, DON'T pay to play. They are tossers.
