Shipping took a little longer than expected, but I'm sure Covid had something to do with that...The bathing suits were good quality, but the sizing is Way off. Until we can mix and match bottoms from tops, I won't be ordering Again.

1st time I ordered with Adore Me. The quality of the panties are the worst I have come by, And they do not give you the option to return or exchange at the least. Ordered about 8 panties that I can not even wear. As far as their Bra's go They are not true to size at all. I had way to much space in the cup area of the bra. Luckily I was able to return the bra with no issues.

I placed my order over a month ago. Order placed on May 15, order was shown at UPS on May 31 where it supposedly sat for more than 2 weeks...i call bs! I've ordered several items from several companies over the past month and received everything with a matter of days! There is absolutely no reason it should take more than a month to receive my items. Otherwise what's the point??? I will not order from Adore Me again.

Ordered for a delivery 5/26. On 6/8 the order was still in NJ. contacted customer service several times and got the same sweetness but no results. today its still in NJ. They say it was shipped but it really wasn't. Then I thought I'd try "speaking" with someone. 40 mins on the phone waiting only to be hung up on. I know there are problems with the Covid thing but deliveries have not been this delayed. Sitting in NJ for over 2 weeks is simply not ok, and saying something has shipped when it truly hasn't. Just poor customer service

i have used this site for a while now and even got someone else interested. i used to be very happy with this service until last month. this is now the second month on a row that for some reason they dont want to accept my card. i cant even get them to respond to my email. very unsatisfied as i have also now missed out on items i have planned on buying

For a sizing reference
My bra size is 36F But they didn't have that size in plus size
So I ordered a 38DD fit equivalently
And I ordered a size 0x in the bottom and my waist measurement is 37in and my hip measurement is 47 in , if that helps anyone

I received a very damaged, empty box after waiting nearly a month for shipping. I have contacted customer service serveral times and can't even get a reply back. They don't seem to care at all. I'm just the idiot that spent $40 on a box. I'm going to have to contact my bank and file a claim for fraud and hope I can get my money back. Their stuff looks cute, but don't order from them. There are tons of other websites with much better customer service.

Although I loved my adore me boxes and the cheap subscription (quality was amazing and every product fit/complimented me so perfectly) the cancellation process has been a complete nightmare. Cancelled due to moving and not receiving my box & I've been charged 5+ times. Super annoying having to email every single time when my order could have just been cancelled. For this reason, I will not be using nor recommending AdoreMe in the future.

I ordered from here once a bra and panties. You get your product but small size panties are actually like a large. Wouldn't recommend. Bra size runs maybe a size too small.
The worst part is they tried taking money out of my account 3 times last month without me ordering anything and without authorization so I had to inconveniently get a new bank card.

They advertise that they are a Canadian online but charge in American... The quality of the products are terrible and extremely cheap and when I tried to return my item then they made me pay more money. Terrible service. Will never order from them again!

I placed order on April 27, 2020. They charged my credit card on April 28, 2020. He we are on May 10, 2020 which is 14 days. I have NEVER received an email regarding the status of my order. When I email to check status, I get an auto reply.
I'm so very disappointed and very dissatisfied with the experience. I've done other subscriptions and never had an issue like this. Not sure if I'll hear from them or not. If I dont receive my stuff in the next few days i will see what the next step will be.

As of today I still have not received my order so I am considering returning the order as soon as I receive it on that basis alone. No one seems to care that I reached out to Adore me and still have not received my order. I can’t give a honest assessment of the product cause again I have not received them!!!

Literally the worst customer service, and overall service, I've ever encountered. I placed an order on the 26th April and have heard nothing aside from an email to tell me my package had been shipped on the 8th May, almost two weeks later! Nothing has arrived. After contacting customer service multiple times through multiple avenues, I've received NO response, which is quite outrageous and incredibly unprofessional. The company seems to be blaming COVID-19 for delays, but I've had no problems with any other shipments from the US, and I have never had problems like this with customer service from ANY company, big or small. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if you'd ever actually like to receive the products you pay for. They will take your money and then ignore you (and the products aren't exactly cheap!). Awful.
