I have a MacBook Pro from last year which it's keyboard and touchpad suddenly stopped working, before I called ADmire I tried every single trick I found on the internet to fix it without any success.
When I called ADmire, I had no idea how much would it cost, and after checking the serial number of the device, the person on the phone told me that it would cost around half the price of the MacBook because the keyboard and the touchpad have to completely be replaced together with the upper case "thanks for the stupid new apple design" - but there is a chance that they do it for free if that model is covered by what is called "apple quality program" - after checking internally, the nice person on the phone told me that they will do it for free but it would take 5-6 days.
I got a message after 2 days informing me that the service is completed and that I can pick the laptop up.
I was really impressed - there are still companies who are doing services for free to people who may never see again. That is fabulous.
Thank you ADmire for being honest, professional and quick - I really appreciate what you have done and thought I should write something about this experience in Trustpilot even though you haven't asked me for.

Went with an authorised Apple apple repair shop, ADMire, to replace a cracked screen for an iPhone 7. Job is done. Fine. Screen looks brand spanking new, and now I am spending an hour to set up the phone again.
TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE
The phone was dropped off at 10 AM on a Friday morning, a price (expensive) was agreed, and then an "offer" to fix the screen was sent to me at 5:30 PM that same evening by mail- so after the close of the business day (and week), and thus one day less to send the phone to Whereeverstan to be fixed.
I thereafter had to print out a pdf file, sign it in ink, scan it, then send it back. For an IT infrastructure and service concern, one would think that there could be a way of accepting a work order digitally instead of pretending that it's 2003 all over again- pre COP 15.
SAVE ENERGY- DON'T CHARGE THE PHONE
A week later an SMS comes in claiming the phone is ready to be picked up, and upon my arrival at the shop the battery was dead as a doornail. If I take my car to the mechanic for a reparation with a full tank of gas, I'd expect the car to come back with a full tank of gas. The fact that ADMire just received the phone from abroad without doing a courtesy charge shows a lack to small details which will determine future business with ADMire on my behalf.
There are several authorised Apple repair places in Copenhagen which cost nearly the double of the screen repair shops on Amagerbrogade. The latter take under an hour, not seven days, to repair a screen. If I chose to send an Apple product in for repair the next time, I may chose Humac or another service provider.

I had Admire out to fix a faulty power supply on a PC - the technician arrived with the correct replacement part and installed it quickly. It was a very good experience.
