The worst experience of costumer-service I have ever had.
I had to return a par of shoes due to production-flaws, and it took me 1 months of writing back an forth, agressive telephone calls from costumer service, telling me that we could settle this in court etc. even thou Adidas had approved that there was a production flaw on the shoes I had purchased. Website and delivery was good and usually the quality of the Adidas products are good, but..... If somethings wrong and you have to contact costumer service, GOOD LUCK! Next time I'm buying from another website or in a sportsshop instead..

I am never ever buying another thing on their website. The service is terrible.
we ordered custom shoes, they arrived and immediately started peeling. I sent pictures to adidas and was told the following:
"We would kindly like to advise you that our products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. All products are inspected throughout the manufacturing process. As a result there is very little probability of a product being of inferior quality. We are sorry that in this case we did not meet your expectations."
But no worries. They said we could be refunded 20% if we kept them...
I complained and was told by a different representative that we could return the shoes for a full refund and get an additional 100 DKK discount on a replacement. (this was the one competent person I spoke with.
Commence me having to pack them, run them to the shop, wait an unreasonable amount of time and having to call several times asking where the money was (the refund did not follow the info on their website and the staff had no clue what it said anyways). It was super inconvenient and they regularly ignored my emails or parts of them. Eventually I was refunded and could reorder the shoes (they were a gift so I had no choice) after 5 weeks they arrived... hopefully they don't fall apart.
Just get your shoes elsewhere people. you can get adidas shoes on other websites that actually treat customers like they want them.

Ordered shoes and after 7 days of my order being pending, I called customer service who told me they cancelled my order because of some payment gateway issue. No idea if they would have ever notified me had I not called. The shoes are sold out now. Yay. Overall unpleasant experience on their unusually slow website and with customer service still not having replied to a different question I've sent.

great products, but webshops of Adidas really sucks: unstable platform, error messages and poor/slow customer service if you are lucky enough to get your message thru. Its been like this for months, really a mystery that a great company like Adidas cannot get this right....... :-(

I purchased a couple of stan smith shoes and received them after 6 working days just before Christmas. The reason to use Adidas directly wasnt the price, as there were other places with good rebates, but I could order them on my size (47 1/3, which isnt available almost in DK shops).
The small downside is that they promised a 15% discount after making a review, which never came. Still I was very satisfied with the product, and delivery.

I really like adidas products, and i purchase it quite often. I needed a swimsuit, cause i had to start swimming, and they didn't have it in store so i ordered it on adidas.dk . Well i never got it, i bought it about a month ago, they never gave an update or my money back, i hope they will do this soon. So a couple of weeks ago i just decided to order a new one, cause i couldn't just wait for them to find the other one or do something about it. For the record, i just order one swimsuit. So i finally get the swimsuit, but i get 2 BOXES, with the same swimsuit in each box. They also charged me twice( im a student and its end of the month, i had to cut on food because of adidas). They still have the money from ALL 3 SWIMSUITS, and havent contacted me regarding refunds. How can such a big company get so many things wrong ?

Be careful. One false Click and you are trapped. I ordered a "personalised" article without knowing it. I tried to cancel the order immediately (10 seconds after the order) via phone, because I was not sure about the size but it was not possible. Adidas says, I ordered a personalised schoe but I took the one on the picture. And neither I am allowed to return the shoes. Adidas forces me to buy the shoes I did not want. The customer support is not only harsh but it took almost 4 weeks to have a first reaction to my emails and calls. And only after I established contact with a press officer. I am quite disappointed of this traditional company. Very bad experience with this former classy, company. I think, they just do not care, they are too big.
