Purchased a TV cabinet part of a set of furniture.
The right hand side door had a clear visual defect that stood out both in colour, location and in shape. Rang Customer service, sent photographs they stated that this was a characteristic of the wood. I disagreed.
Option 1. Send a replacement door.
Option 2. Spoke to a local store If your happy that your customer services says it’s a characteristic can we swap it with a door on display.
Option 3 Let’s have an independent examination.
Option 4. I will pay the £50.00 pick up fee you state I have to pay for a return of a non fault item. You have a physical examination when it arrives and if you find it is a fault you reimburse the £50.00.
Answer No we do not need to, it passed Quality control.
Option 5. I have other items brought at the same time from same company part of the same wood effect. I’ll pay the £50.00 to return it and I will reorder but at the same price we brought it at.
Answer. You brought in a sale there is no sale on. Cost difference £30.00 cannot lower price
Okay I have just brought £1300 worth of furniture. There is one item I report as a defect. For £50.00 return fee collect all three items from my home and reimburse the full amount above less £50. Loss of revenue - v - any option above. To big to care?

I would give this company zero stars if I could! My good friend booked a holiday with them after the collapse of TC this week. Told it WAS available & booked. Chased all day for the confirmation email but none came. Took the WHOLE payment for the holiday and than cancelled 2 hrs before flight time.
You should be ashamed of yourselves, lying to customers and keeping, YES KEEPING money which is NOT yours to keep when you had no legitimate holiday to offer. Disgusting way to do business, am appalled.

I have used many energy companies over the years but never have I found one like Octopus Energy. Rated best Which supplier well this is truly correct. They have thought of everything from prompting you to enter your meter reading each month, advising you immediately the balance of your account. Allowing you to adjust your monthly amount at any time, being able to make additional payments if you are finding you need to.
There is so much you can do online and it’s unbelievable the information you can get at a touch of a button without having to spend all your time trying to get hold of someone.
A truly remarkable and easy to handle site.

Ovo took over my fixed price supplier Economy Energy. Despite being told needed to do nothing as as the info from previous supplier that failed to do so. The price went and just made up the Bill's and overestimated my by over 50%. When left they issued another made bill which in despute. My means they owe me money not other way round. To further annoyance they kept spam calling me about getting their smart meter. My mum did one their so called meters but it has stopped logging electricity reading mean I still log to her account and enter manual readings. Their only plus is their Web site is well designed. Have since moved to another but am still in dispute over the closing statement of account

So after experiencing some issues with the battery the product works ,is the best thing I have a spend money on so far .I’m sure that lot of people read ,my review when I said “it was not working “well it took me a minute to figure it out and it’s not fair to rate something that is not true ,and actually it was the operator did not know how to worked , if you have a pool especially with the Jacuzzi you will loved.

My 90 year old mother purchased a riser chair from CareCo in early July 2019. Due to damage sustained during delivery, the chair had to be replaced, which took around a week to arrange. Compensation was offered by way of chair covers for the headrest and arms, which was appreciated at the time.
However, in early August 2019, the chair stopped working, trapping my mother in a position with the headrest back and the footrest raised! At 90 years of age, how my mother managed to extricate herself without injury is a miracle! It took several phone calls to arrange for an inspection/repair to find the cause of the breakdown. It was clear that during manufacture/assembly of the chair a cable had not been secured properly, causing it to become trapped between two length of the metal framework structure. Not only was this a dangerous situation in itself, it could potentially have resulted in a more serious problem! Although a temporary repair has been made by an engineer, new parts are required and awaited.
We await contact from CareCo regarding what further action they will take to ensure that such a manufacturing defect cannot arise in future?
I was eventually contacted by email from CareCo, with a somewhat superficial apology, and no sincere expression of regret regarding the terrible situation my mum experienced! As I suspected, it appears CareCo are mostly interested in protecting the company’s image during the order cancellation period. Thereafter, the company has fallen back on its service and repair arrangements, even though the chair failed in less than 1 month after the replacement chair was received. I am disappointed at the lack of expressed concern by CareCo for what happened to a 90 year old lady as a result of faulty goods.
Therefore, I would not recommend CareCo to anyone considering purchasing recliner chairs from them.

I have, several times, complained to the BBC about the excessive advertising (here defined as an inducement to follow or take a course of action shown in the clip or sequence screened). This is particularly annoying in the gap between the weather report and the news at ten, which is often cut short in order to insert these adverts, which consist amongst other things of ice and swing dancers, mud crawlers llama breeders and similar nonsense.
Needless to say, complaints to fortress BBC have got no further than the Abatis, the reply. after four attempts to get one, was that these links or clips show modern Britain. Which inane comment led me to wonder why people waiting in line at Job Centres or Food banks, or indeed rough sleepers are not shown, this, to my reasoning would show modern Britain a deal more accurately than the foregoing.
I suspect that the real reason is that the BBC is jamming these in in preparation to go commercial after losing their charter, which they richly deserve to do. I will be shortly be faced with the yearly tax demand from the BBC in order to keep financing these adverts, enforced by the licence police.
I do notice however, the the wording on this has craftily changed over the years and now broadly states that it is a licence to have a apparatus capable of receiving a television signal, but does not say "thou shall suffer advertising as well as paying". I note with interest that the BBC gets the lot.
This brings me to the other matter I have constantly complained about to the BBC. Where one of the seemingly several different persons who are required to explain roughly what the weather could be (but might not), seem to always to refer to the temperature in the actual studio and not the external temperature.
A hand is flapped toward a projected temperature of say three degrees centigrade which one of the myriad of presenters then pronounces to be cooler, which it may be in the studio whilst those outside are donning overcoats, likewise temperatures over twenty degrees centigrade will be "warmer". Nothing is ever cold or hot, or hotter or colder, simply warmer or cooler. At what precise temperature it becomes hotter or colder, they seem to be at a loss to explain.

booked a trip with lastminute.com and paid by debit card. Receives confirmation reference number so goes ahead and books the car hire for the week only to receive an email half an hour later stating they could not confirm my booking. They have taken a percentage of the money (£406) which they have said will be refunded which could take up to 3 working days to go back into my bank account. This means the flights could go, the accommodation could go as we have no spare money to re-book a holiday, The email has no contact number on there to call and just have to accept what has happened. Absolutely disgusting service

Avoid Churchill home Insurance !!
Churchill paid 50% only of the claim for repair of blocked foul drains , 3 days before Christmas 2018 . Their dedicated repair service failed to respond to the emergency , had to proceed with a local contractor in their absence .
Took the case to the Ombudsman service who ruled in our favor , still Churchill refused to pay the sum recommended by the Ombudsman service ?
It is now awaiting the final decision of the Ombudsman ! Churchills judgement and service is very poor !!

Emmanuelle, looking rather glorious in more ways than one, as played by Laura Gemser is a highlight of this Italian soft porn cannibal movie (who could ask for anything more!!!) This lead to many other similar types of "sensational" movies of that time, late 70s, early 80s, which had a lot to do with soft porn, artistically done of course (!!), and the horror of cannibalism churned out by Italian film makers. This film is guilty pleasure for sure and fun!!
A simple tale of going to look for a reported lost tribe in the Amazon leads to devastating results as our intrepid heroes find to their horror. Who will escape.
The special make up effects for it's time are quite fun.

Went on holiday bought some shirts from a local Franchise - was measured in store by supplier POS staff to ensure accurate fitment - shirts start tearing one after the other - contact T.M Lewin to inform them ( formal customer complaint ) - one shirt was replace - had another shirt failing - contact them again - now all the blame is shifted to the Franchise etc.....that is one way to back you brand quality up -
with comment made like: ( " we replace the previous shirt as a good gesture" " you need to go back to the Franchise" )
So to say the least I would highly recommend don't hold you breath on dealing with this company - This is the statement on the website - well I assure you that is not the case - ( 6month return policy nope nope)

Will never buy from scs ever again there customer service is so bad received my table and chairs and table was broken let them know a week ago sent pictures of damage my husband kept getting told some one will contact you shortly no one ever did we have had to do the chasing to be told you didn't take the agreement with us it the manufacturer I don't think so it was scs we have checked our rights and trading standards say we are in our rights to cancel . When you ask to speak to a manager on the phone you get there is no manager's here.

I went to the website 10 best-dating sites.com and found the "Benaughty.com" site as their #1 rated dating site! Trusting an outside review source, I signed up for 1 month on the site.
This website must be paid to rate the dating sites as ANYONE who has been on the Benaughty dating site was most probably ripped off! Shame on the "10best-dating sites.com" company!
If you want to review dating companies do some real research use your own people sign up for an account and see what you get! And that's the same $30 I did for a month trial and find out before you write them as number one on your list!

Following our last visit which we found to be excellent, we returned today Friday 1st March 12.30pm for a carvery to see if our last visit was just a fluke!!!!
Credit where it's due, once again it was excellent, no sticky tables, freshly cooked vegetables and tasty beef, gammon and turkey, tried them all.
So if you were a previous customer and bad experiences, just like ourselves, then I strongly recommend that you try it again.
Keep it up Chris & Lynn, we are coming back on the 15th March.

This is the second time my EXPRESS DELIVERY from Pretty Little Thing has NOT come and I have wasted my money AGAIN. I had to order two separate orders because it seems if you order shoes and clothes in the same order there will be delays or just won't come at all. So I put in two separate orders paid for express delivery on both orders so that it would be easier for this so called world wide company to ship them to me. Now to say there is a problem with my order but gives no other information. I did not receive an email advising me there is a problem I had to track this myself. I have a wedding this Saturday and have nothing to wear!!!!!!! . The only way to contact pretty little things is to make a complaint online and receive an email back with 24hrs is just unacceptable. I do expect a full refund on my delivery and if my orders do not come on time I do not want them to be delivered and expect a full refund. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY

I have had 3 of my designs from my paintings printed on all over womans v-neck top . I ordered a sample. The fabric has a smooth soft finish/feel, I am impressed with the vivid clarity of the print, the construction looks well done, more form-fitting, not boxy. My fellow artists were impressed as well. It will be a welcomed addition to be carrying these tops in my Gallery shop.

My family member died and I was unable to contact anyone or to be contacted by anyone due to dropped calls this is the worst company there has ever been and in 25 years of using cell phone service this is the most disappointing they have done very few things to remedy this they have given us a free box for our home but the problem is when my husband is traveling on the road through Central Florida he is an able to receive calls whether it be from his boss his family or anyone else if someone you love dies I hope that you have a different service because they will drop the call that is very very very important to you or your family this is a worthless company this is a horrible company and I beg any Other company
