I had to call the costumer support 10 times within the first couple of months because there were so many issues. Luckily they were able to resolve all of them.
The most annoying thing is the fact that they use your phone number to spam you with advertisements.

Rubbish service and rubbish customer handling @ call center. Today, I made a call to the customer service center to know the status of the refund of my declined transaction, but the way Ms. Amira (call center) handled the call was awful. Out of the several security questions she asked, I could not answer one question related to my credit card (which I have never used in my whole life). Pointing out this reason she did not entertain my call further even though when I asked her to ask other alternative question. Her call handling was literally CRIMINAL. I was wondering how a bank like ADCB hire such an unprofessional staff?

Rubbish bank with rubbish customer service and banking norms . I have had a worst experience with them many times and the recent one being deduction of money without informing . Reason being change of their banking policy . they will not inform you of any changes to their policy which will cost you a handful. Moreover, they are not permitting to use my registered email for enabling the OTP for any transactions.
beware of them!, They are cheaters with no ethics, just looters . my Advice is to please find some other better banks to bank.

I changed to ADCB one month after opening an account with the monstrously bad HSBC. Since the moment of opening my account, I have had some really excellent experiences as a Privilege customer, most notably from Nithin Menon. He has gone above and beyond for me since I joined ADCB. I have had some issues along the way, but overall I've had a great banking experience with ADCB.
Room for improvement? Sure. That lies with the people who sell products for commission. Unfortunately, I've found them to be dishonest - they'll say anything to get you to sign up. ADCB really should respond to complaints regarding these issues. Indeed, I have an unaddressed complaint from June/July 2018.
ADCB, if you read this, I would like to know how I can request Nithin Menon as my relationship manager. He does more than my other relationship managers have ever done; he really should receive the recognition he deserves. I have tried requesting this through other channels but never received a response.
