The service provided by Acycles in purchasing and delivery was fine. However, now that I have a problem with the item purchased it is impossible to get in touch with them to discuss a warranty. I have been emailing regularly using every contact address I can find and calling for nearly two months.
Avoid this shop at all costs!!

Do not trust this company
I bought a child's cycle helmet and although I rang them the same day they insisted that they would deliver it and I could then return it. I did this - sending it back to France when I thought I'd ordered it from an English company. This was last December and I have never been able to get a refund.

2 weeks and waiting for a parcel with a 3-8 day delivery. Tracking useless as parcel originates in France and looses sight in the UK. I have nothing against good overseas businesses; this is not one of them.

I have brought a couple of things from Acycles in the past and never had an issue with ordering and email response. However, the last item I purchased was a pair of cycling shoes. Tried them for size and they didn't fit so I sent them back recorded delivery. I checked my credit card after the stated refund period and noticed that the money hadn't been refunded. Three emails later and still no response. In the end, I got my credit provider involved to get my money back.
I would suggest staying very clear of this company. If you do go down the road of buying from them make sure you use a credit card.

Terrible company. I typed in a manufacturer part number and ACycles offered it to me. I bought it, it arrived and it was the wrong part. I emailed Acycles, a week later, no reply. Tried calling them, no answer.
Great example of how not to run a cycle shop online. Don't shop here, there are loads of alternatives that treat their customers reasonably well.

Quick and fast delivery. Tyre was a bit dusty indicating that it had been in a warehouse for quite some time but then this was an usual sized tyre.

Have not processed my refund after 5 months. I ordered some cycling shoes back in December 2018, but cancelled the order before being despatched. It is now May 2019 and despite several promises, I still have not received the refund. Beware...

Fast service no issues with the order. The only problem was keeping track of the order. As the item originated in France the tracking was good until it reached UK territory when the tracking no longer worked. The item reached me safely just wasn't aware when it was arriving.

Ordered a 15mm bolt through adaptor kit for a Stans hub from them...was a bit busy with work at the time so after a couple of weeks i realised i hadn't had my item.
Opened up a ticket and was told they hadn't realised that they didn't actually have stock of the kit i needed...was asked if i wanted to order a different model ffs...ticket closed...
Reopened the ticket and said as i needed that specific kit and they were unable to supply it i would like a refund instead...next time i checked, ticket closed again with no response. Next message was a little less polite to say the least!
Total bunch of muppets...

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering!
Ordered a helmet on 28/02 still do not have it. No dispatch email received.
Several unanswered emails sent, several unanswered online forms completed and several phone calls made to which no one ever picks up.
Only 1 online form had a reply which was they would chase with the courier and to check my account for updates on the ticket - well I hadn’t created an account so cannot get updates!
Have asked for a refund several times now. Have just opened a case with PayPal and am keeping everything crossed that I get my money back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE - EVER.

The worst experience ever buying on-line! It was an anxious and worrying wait, waiting to receive my order, the customer service was abysmal, not responding to e-mails, after weeks of waiting, they responded by claiming the delivery company was at fault! I was at the point of getting legal advice on the matter. arrived 6 weeks after placing my order.

I bought a trainer from ACYCLES on 27 Feb, It took the payment immediately but no delivery till now. Tried to contact them, they did not reply. Unfortunately, for an outside of EU customer, I can do nothing about it. AVOID this company even though the price seems cheaper the any other web sellers.

I placed an order, for lubricant, through acycles.co.uk on the 16th of February. It has now been almost a month and I have still not received the products. Most importantly I have not received any update and despite having sent emails as well as tried to call there has been no reply. Avoid at all costs!

bought 2 water bottles for a few quid. 1 arrived with a massive crack in it and been waiting months for a replacement. keep getting the odd email saying its not in stock yet and do i want something else. i keep replying saying yes and what i want but so far have got nothing.

Ordered a helmet from them. The helmet came as described but despite measuring my head carefully as I noted that a return would be at my own expense the helmet was far to small even though my head size was in the middle of the helmet size described.
The helmet clips also did not work properly.
I mailed them , tried to call them opened a ticket on their website and have had no contact from them in return.
Stupidly on my part I sent the helmet back to them asking for the next size up or a refund. I've heard nothing yet and that was 2 weeks ago.
Don't use them!

I ordered a chainset that never arrived, I called but they were never answering, so left voicemail which was never responded to, I emailed several times to no response, luckily I paid via PayPal so have brought up a despute, avoid this company at all costs

Purchased a Kask Mojito helmet in July for £99. It felt suspiciously light by i thought i'd keep it as the helmet is supposed to be light. Six months later and a section of the helment has broken off. As the helmet is supposed to have 2 month warranty, I emailed them to advise them of the problem. I was asked to send it to their Paris address for inspection.
A month later and after several emails asking for a status update I am yet to receive any response, They have chosen to ignore all my emails despite be receiving confirmation that they have received the helmet.
Don't deal with this company. Their customer service is non-existent

I wish there was an option to leave no stars, the experience I received in dealing with a cycles was nothing short of harrowing.
I ordered a pair of Sidi cycling shoes in December, with the website stating they had stock and could still deliver in time for Christmas.
They did not arrive for Christmas, all I was told is that they were out of stock but expecting a delivery shortly from the supplier.
2 more weeks went by and nothing. I noted that you couldn't even find the shoes on their website anymore.
I requested a refund.
1st time I was told not a problem they would sort that.
2nd time of asking, I got a sorry there must have been a miscommunication we'll get on it.
3rd time ( I had to phone them) oh we use a different platform for return and will need you IBAN number and refund it into your account.
4th time I am sorry there is a software issue, as soon as it is sorted we will refund you.
5th time, still a software problem.
I then notice the shoes back online. I e mail to ask if it would be easier to fulfil my order as they don't seem to want to give me a refund. They soon replied, yes we will send your shoes.
Another week later another e mail from myself, as I had paid for priority postage I thought I would have received the shoes but no.
To my amazement they arrived on Tuesday nearly 3 months after my order, countless emails and 1 telephone call. This is the worst customer service and online shopping experience I have ever had, and would never recommend them to anyone

Ordered a ritchie stem that was £30 cheaper than anywhere else. After ordering I read some of the bad reviews and was a bit concerned. But the packet arrived in good time and was as described so no complaints from me. Good service

Item not received. I thought the seller was in the UK (.co.uk website) but in France!
Courier claims to have attempted delivery but no card left. No other attempt to deliver in a week.
Seller not that keen to reply to email; maybe a language barrier?
Luckily paid by Paypal, hoping to get money back.
Don't bother, buy locally.
