I buy a model from Active Design that should block countries and prevent ddos attacks.
Unfortunately, the countries are not blocked and ddos attacks are not prevented.
We will be attacked since 19.01.2019 by ddos.
The module can not block ddos attack.
Our server had a crash in a few seconds.
We now use the Cloudflare shield against the ddos attacks. Because the module from Active Design does not work.
Of course we want our money back.
We are referred to by Active Design as a fraud.
They do not give the money back either.
Active design is not serious.
