The course itself is good.
However, technical support is poor.
I sent several correspondences via email and phone. I spoke to Angela about not being able to download certificates. She didn’t seem to understand my request and wanted to send another email. She seemed annoyed by my request to send it another way (fax/email pic). It’s been almost 14 days and I haven’t received either certificates by mail. Angela also told me she would call to find out if the certificates were returned or mailed to the wrong address. I’m still waiting for a response as I need this info for reappointment.

Are the PALS questions written by AHA or ACLS CI? About one third are truly terrible questions, many with grammar problems that make them defective, others with completely equivocal form that make it possible to interpret them in different ways.

Materials were not presented in a organized fashion, videos with unnecessary background music ( distractive) and nonsense stories, instead of lecture on materials. Disappointed!!

So far I’ve had two hospital systems reject the bls certification. RWJBarnabas health in NJ and Memorial Regional Hospital in FL. So, not to happy with the money I spent, waiting for a call back from someone hopefully on Monday to see if this can be clarified between the hospital and ACLS.com.

This exam was geared towards someone who works primarily in a hospital setting. It doesn't touch well on what primary care providers would experience in a clinic setting.

Decided to renew my bls card with them since they were a bit cheaper than the last company I used and I could do it from home. They only give you half the test and then you have to get someone from your job to finish it. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. My fault for not reading the terms I guess and assuming they had partners that would give you a skills test

I was excited to use ACLS.com I found the spoofy videos very helpful. However, there was no megacode simulation as a result I have a"didatic" certification only. The do not set up a hands on session or even have the connections to do so. This seems a little ridiculous considering how expensive it was. Now I have to wait to hear from my potential employer if this is acceptable. The ability to do it whenever I wanted was nice, but I can't imagine it would have been to difficult to set up a ZOOM meeting to do a mega code or at least supply us with a list of places that we can do the practical. Super disappointed.
