I was never able to open the program or complete it and I would like my money back

Good didactic review of BLS CPR however the credentials of your training are not recognized by American Heart Association or American Red Cross and therefore are not acceptable as documentation of training and proficiency.

I took multiple multiple practice and multiple finals. Questions did not line up with review course. Literally sat with open review course to answer final exam questions. There were always enough questions UNANSWERABLE- some questions with not one legitimate correct answers. I used my phone, and two computers. I was going to pass! I believe it’s set to not pass anyone. Always the unanswerable to prevent the 80%!

I have paid for renewal and called the help line and sent a text and this lync wants me to sign in. I have tried every account I have and passwords. I just want to get on site. It has never been this difficult.

The course cost was high. It did not provide for skills set training and testing. It was not an AHA certified course according to a local AHA BLS recertification provider. I blame myself for getting fooled. I would not recommend this ever.

Able to buy the course but there after nothing works! Left voicemail for support and awaiting reply!

The most appalling customer service that can remember in my life time. In word, there is none. My calls went unanswered I was unable to download or access the website to complete the course and the online chat was perfunctory. I decided to ask for a refund and register with another online service. I have yet to receive a refund for a this charade sham of a service. A one star is too kind the grading system should reflect a negative star.

I am a receptionist in a clinic. This was not helpful. The RN that took this a few months ago could not believe how hard mine was!

My institution would not accept this institute and there was no way to have my money returned. I sent multiple emails with an explanation of my situation. Far more expensive than other sites.
The testing out from this company is less difficult than another site. Never received my certificate after completing the test.
