Good didactic review of BLS CPR however the credentials of your training are not recognized by American Heart Association or American Red Cross and therefore are not acceptable as documentation of training and proficiency.

The courses were paid for with a credit card in the system provided. For some reason the charge did not go through and I then received 5 phone calls in less than 24 hours concerning the failure of the system to accept payment and personnel requesting payment. I will be watching my credit card statement to be sure there is only one charge.

I could not pull up my certification history until after I paid for BLS /ACLS recertification. After they applied the fee to my credit card, my history appeared and I am still current. The agents were very helpful in explaining the refund process but now I have additional steps to go through to refund my credit card.
It would be very proactive to be able to review your history before purchasing a recertification course.

So far I’ve had two hospital systems reject the bls certification. RWJBarnabas health in NJ and Memorial Regional Hospital in FL. So, not to happy with the money I spent, waiting for a call back from someone hopefully on Monday to see if this can be clarified between the hospital and ACLS.com.

I took multiple multiple practice and multiple finals. Questions did not line up with review course. Literally sat with open review course to answer final exam questions. There were always enough questions UNANSWERABLE- some questions with not one legitimate correct answers. I used my phone, and two computers. I was going to pass! I believe it’s set to not pass anyone. Always the unanswerable to prevent the 80%!

I have paid for renewal and called the help line and sent a text and this lync wants me to sign in. I have tried every account I have and passwords. I just want to get on site. It has never been this difficult.
