This was my first time using Acima. I initially paid a $50 fee and then a weekly amount. I had a 90-day same as cash agreement and paid off my lease off in 80 days without any issues, hidden fees or charges (other than taxes). It was nice to do business with a company that was straight up and honest. I would do business with them again :)

If I honestly would have know the interest rate that I had to pay I would never have agreed to three terms of the financing from your institute. Never again will I buy from that jewelry place or finance thru your company.

It’s too pricey , somehow it feels as if I was overcharged on my original loan. Loan sharks have a skill on knowing how to do that to innocent people. Each time I made a payment I had to pay heavy tax and that doesn’t add up even my last payment I paid over $51 in taxes alone. Just seems like a gimmick I won’t be a returning customer. My tip to you just save up your money to buy it WHOLE not payments !!! Buyer beware

This was our first dealings with acima but I will say that it was good. Payments were afordable and easy set up to auto pay so it was like just having a loan but not having to think about it. Will definitely use again

Wish I could say more positive things about Acima but I cannot. Payments were affordable for my engagement ring however the one time I contacted customer service about an issue with a payment I really did not receive the kind of help I would’ve expected. Made a partial payment on the lease and then was told we would still owe the whole monthly payment amount instead of the remaining amount when the partial payment cleared before the next full payment was due. Needless to say I will not be using Acima again.

THIS IS A SCAM !!
Worst customer service Ive ever received! Never have I had a SUPERVISOR hang up on me especially if Im not talking down to or cussing them out. My situation is that the merchant has incorrect information on my 2 accounts , that's my FIRST issue, i shouldve only ever had 1-ONE account, so i call in and let two reps and a supervisor know i am DISPUTING these charges until they are resolved and they all ignored the dispute and adv me that collection attempts will continue which im pretty sure is ILLEGAL , then to put the cherry on top the SUPERVISOR at ACIMA hung up in my face while i was telling her for the 2nd time i was disputing until it was corrected and all she could tell me was that i needed to reach out to the merchant which I advised her had already been done and basically told me im just SOL and preceded to try and tell me collection attempts will continue which if someone is disputing an account can not be done until the issues are corrected so i am EXTREMELY disappointed in this company's knowledge and procedures.

So, I bought new tires and rims for my car back in August and finance everything through Acima. At first everything was going good. I decided to pay off my remaining amount before my 90 days was up to avoid the interest. I paid almost $1000. The guy that helped me "Forgot" to mention to me after my big payment that I will still owe $281 after the pay off to close the account. To make a long story short, I owe another $1200 because I never made the $281 payment that I was never told about. Worst experience ever. Customer service was no help at all. They told me sorry for the "Miscommunication". That there was nothing they could do to reverse this problem. Stay away from them and I will never do business with them again!
