Acima is not a good financing company they are not understanding when it comes to doing business with valued customers the late fees is crazy they do not draft payments according to date. if you can avoid acima please AVOID doing business with Them.

This was a huge headache from beginning to end. You get taxed on the total purchase, your initial payment AND every payment you make. They add an account close out fee to your final payment. They never tell you that you’re automatically signed up for the 12 month payment plan, even if you choose the 90 day plan. Trying to talk to CS is like trying to reason with my dogs. The cyclical double speak and their oh so poor math skills have you running for the migraine meds. Thank Goddess that this nightmare is over.

My experience with Acima credit was great! I would have been out of luck with now drivable vehicle if it wasn’t for them. They also have great customer service and work with you to make payments affordable.

For a no credit financing service they work quite well. I have used them twice now and the customer service is on point. They will even set your payments up so your purchase is payed of in the 90 day buy out option.

On February 7 2020 my pay off was $325.00 with a 25% early payoff discount. After a payment my payoff on February 20th was $341 again with 25% payoff they too my pay off and next day took a payment of $108. So in two weeks I want from $325 to $449. And some change for payoff. ACIMA cheats their coustomers. I was denied my request to talk to am true manager and not a call center supervisor. I requested a manager call by noon Monday and was told they could not guarantee the manager would call me in Monday. People who use Acmia lives paycheck to paycheck and can not afford to be ripped off like this. DO NOT ISE THEM!!!!!!!!

I gave Acima a 5 star rating because the services that they offer their customers is the best and the fact to that when we make our payment on time they report to Experian credit bureau so all the more reason that I am glad that I did business with Acima!
