This place sucks. I ordered a new cash register and they confirmed it was shipped. I called to get a status and they gave me a estimated delivery date. Today it has been a month and no delivery. I called for the fifth time today and now all of the sudden it is on back order until November.
This company sucks, don't use them. Customer service sucks and it sounds like they're reading from a standard script, probably outsourced the function.
Don't use these people!

Horrible experience. Ordered a typewriter nearly two months ago. When it finally arrived, it was dirty and did not operate. I have been in email and telephonic contact several times with customer service to return the original item and obtain a replacement. I keep getting the run-around. Promise to resolve in 24-48 hours, but no resolution. Last "resolution" promise was 6 weeks ago.

Sold us a cash register. Cash register came with major problems that stopped it from working or even opening. Without responding to our emails, they sent UPS to pick it up. Then for THREE MONTHS I had to call them to try to get refunded. They kept telling me "Scott" would put the full amount back on my card, and it kept not appearing. Finally, three months later, I got the refund, but they kept the shipping costs despite telling me the full amount would be refunded and despite them sending me an obviously broken product, and then blaming UPS so they could probably get reimbursed by UPS while also trying to keep my money, while also probably sending it to another customer and running the same scam again, so they could triple-dip on the same broken equipment. SERIOUSLY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY -- THEY ARE DISHONEST THIEVES.

Unfortunately, my experience is just like the other reviews listed. I ordered 3 identical items. They emailed (after charging my card) that they did not have that product and they had a comparable on. I asked if it was metal and if it was black. They said it was metal and mocha. I was willing to go with the mocha since it was metal.
It arrived and it was composite wood.
After searching their site - they charged me the price of the (out of stock) Hon product for a Mayline product - a product that costs $1000 less than the Hon product. They keep saying that they are going to credit my account - they have not!
And to top it off - they didn’t even send all of the pieces. Each item was two boxes - they sent me only three Box 1s. So I can’t even use them! They are deceptive and BBB should go after them.
And one other thing - their invoice shows that the items were $1.00 each and that shipping was $3920!!

I ordered 15 staple removers, my credit card was charged. I was sent 3 staple removers. No response when I emailed the discrepancy. A few weeks later that credit card number was used fraudulently so I have not pursued trying to get credit for the unshipped staple removers. Fortunately, I'm only out about $45. I'll check reveiws from now on!

Do Not - I Mean Do Not deal with these crooks. So I was on their site and purchased a printer. I was on the phone with this STUPID GUY who told me it was in stock and if I wanted faster shipping service there would be an additional cost of 10.00. I elected not to so I went and placed the order online. I mentioned to the rep will it come with the manual, cords and ink cartridge. He tells me YES. So today I just checked on their site and they canceled the order. I called to see why and this smock told me that it was discontinued, I explained that when I placed the order the rep said it was in stock, that he even waited for me to finish the order. Then I asked if they do PayPal and he replied YES. I mentioned that they have np PayPal link and he made up a BS story.
Just before hanging up I asked if they charged the card and his reply was NO. Go to look at my statement and the card was charged.
3rd. Look at their address in the address bar they don't even have a padlock. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY CLAIM TO BE FROM CALIFORNIA BUT THEY ARE PROBABLY IN F IN CHINA.

Wish it was possible to give them no stars. Ordered a kit for a paper folding machine. Was to be rollers, cleaning solution and a rag. Ordered it in January - received the order 5 weeks later....WITHOUT the rollers. I have called several times a week. Always supposedly assured that our order has shipped "you will receive a shipping e-mail by 5PM". Last time it was 2 week that it had not shipped. Label was created - but nothing was shipped. Will not issue an RMA to return what we have - that is of no use to us without the rollers.

FRAUD & DISHONEST, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a new royal 9170 cash register for $723.40 off their website. Received an email saying it was discontinued but I could get a NEW royal 9155 for 469.95. I agreed. The machine I received was a USED machine & I was charged on my credit card the original $723.40. I disputed it, they charged my card again. I had to pay to sent the USED one back & protested the charge again. They do not answer their phones or emails. Total fraud!

Based on my experience and having read other reviews here, it is my belief that Ace Depot makes money exclusively via frauding customers and the occasional successful dropship. Here is my story:
A particular marking ink our store carries was discontinued in January, thus were on the quest for any backstock we could find and Google led us to Ace Depot. Their site showed an abundance of stock so we placed an order for 99 units on 2/18/19. Our payment was processed and we waited for a shipment email. After three-plus weeks, I contacted Ace Depot on 3/11 and enquired about the shipment. They informed me they were waiting for a restock and our order would ship 3/20.
During this time, I also made contact with the manufacturer of the ink who informed us they had no record of Ace Depot nor were any companies expecting a restock of the formula as it was COMPLETELY and permanently sold out. We thought it rather fishy that the manufacturer and AD would have such different information, so my coworker called AD anonymously on 3/12 and enquired about the product. ACE DEPOT LIED and claimed they DID have the product in stock and could ship to her same day, DESPITE THE FACT WE HAD BEEN TOLD THEY HAD NO STOCK. I emailed them about the conflicting information 3/12, they responded 3/13 and claimed the other rep had been misinformed and they were still waiting for a restock.
I should have canceled the order then and there but I am evidently gullible and colorblind to red flags.
On 3/27 our order had still not shipped. I emailed them again. On 3/28 they responded and said they had only received stock of a different color and asked if it would work for us. I responded and asked about whether or not they were going to receive the color we needed. THEY DID NOT RESPOND UNTIL 4/15! If you are keeping track, that is nearly two months from the beginning of the order and the initial charge to our card.
I called, furious, on 4/17. They promised they were rush shipping our order and that if it did not arrive by 4/22 they would issue a full refund. Sure enough, 4/22 came and went with no shipment. When I contacted them asking for a refund my request was IGNORED and they instead told me again they were "waiting for a shipment." It was then that I realized they were attempting to run out the clock on a potential chargeback via our AmEx. I called and emailed them again requesting a return before finally filing a chargeback that was, of course, successful via AmEx. I thought it was the end of the story until MAY 8th when they somehow charged our card AGAIN and sent a shipping confirmation.
Again- now three months since the inital order PLUS they obviously kept our card on file without our consent. How could it get worse, you ask? WELL! The "product" finally arrive and instead of being the name brand, bottled and labeled ink it was PAINT! PAINT!!! Alcohol-based generic paint in squishy bottles with no toxicity information, ingredient list or warnings. NOT WHAT WE ORDERED AT ALL.
The most amazing thing? They refuse to refund me unless we pay the return shipping ($$$) and on top of that they insist on charging a 25% restocking fee.
Obviously, we called AmEx again.
TO ACE DEPOT, as I said in my last email and in our phone conversations: send a shipping label, return the funds and take your stupid paint. Literally the worst online shopping experience I have EVER had in business or personal life.
Everyone else: be thankful you had the common sense to google reviews before buying- I wish I had. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Same bait and switch as other customers reported. They sent me the wrong stapler and tried to tell me mine was discontinued just days before I ordered it, but for some reason my invoice withe tracking info lists the item I ordered, so there was no way for me to know they were just going to choose nay stapler for me. When I contacted customer service, they insisted they sent me a better model. I disagree completely and they said they can charge me more money to send it back. I simply asked for a refund of some of the shipping costs they charged me so that the amount I paid would be similar to what other websites were selling the stapler they sent me and they indicated they could not do that.

Used bait and switch. Sent me item different than promised. Would not issue a return label after being put off for a week and several phone calls. Lied to or led me on repeatedly. Did not respond to emails. I fear I will be out the expense of returning a six pound laptop case that does not suit my needs and having to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

This company is selling things that they don't have and put a very low prices so people buys. When you don't get the item and call them they offer you another item with a higher price. Then they hold your money for more than 15 days it is very unprofessional and is illegal to do this like this.

Like others I ordered something which turned out to be unavailable. I ordered a similar electric typewriter which took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive it did not work. When I called to complain I was told that it was the manufactures problem. I called them and they suggested that I take it to a Brother repair facility 100 miles away. Meanwhile I was overcharged $90. I had to submit my credit card statement twice. It is now going on 2 months and we have yet to receive the refund. Today I spoke to Austin who told me that the reason it had taken so long was that the business office could not figure out how much to refund me. He assured me that in 24 hours I would receive my refund. He also offered to take the machine back. I pointed out that it was now 100 miles away and, in the event that they can fix it, it's going to take me 400 miles total in travel time and expense to get the thing. Totally unsatisfactory. At this point I don't have the refund nor the machine. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they often answered the phone. I would avoid having anything to do with this place.

Read reviews its all true they will generate a shipping label so you can have tracking number and never ship it. When you call they will tell you it will be there tomorrow total lie. And if you send a review on their site it says you review is under review so will never be posted so that way only 5 stars can be posted. TOTALLY A BUNCH OF CROOKS

Never received my order. I canceled it after 3 weeks and asked for a refund. It’s been over a month and have not got it yet. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They lie, then they lie, then they lie again.

Giving two stars because we did get a tracking number and I have been able to speak to people 99% of the times I've called, and the people I have spoken to have been very polite. Our first order arrived as expected.
Our second order has a tracking number for which a shipping label has been created on Oct 16, and today is Nov 1 and there is no update on where our products are. I have been trying to email their Administration to address some mistaken charges on my credit card and getting a refund for those charges and the company says it is refunded, but I haven't seen the credit come through yet. My advice is to look elsewhere
UPDATE: I had to file a complaint with the BBB because I have sent multiple requests for updates to this company and have not received anything back! The person in contact, Chris, seems to be very irritated that I am constantly asking for updates, because he will respond to my emails with only one word and now he isn't responding at all. STEER VERY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS

. On November 6, 2017, we ordered a calculator from Ace Depot.com. On November 14th, we received the calculator. We didn’t need the calculator immediately and the container was not opened. On December 6th, we opened the box the calculator came in and discovered it was not the model we had ordered. We had ordered a Sharp model QS 1760-H. We received a Sharp model QS 2760-A. In addition, when we plugged it in, it didn’t work properly as some numbers would not register in the calculator when the button was pushed. We contacted Ace Depot on December 6th to tell them about the problem and were told, “the supervisor said it was a manufacturer issue and we would have to contact them”. They did not offer for us to return the calculator to them. We contacted Sharp and was told the calculator they sent us was so outdated, they didn’t offer a warranty on it even though we were told by Ace Depot there was a one year warranty on it. Subsequent attempts to contact Ace Depot after speaking with Sharp were unsuccessful. We then made the decision to challenge the charge, as Ace Depot was unresponsive. We still have the calculator in the original condition we received it in the original box. We are and have always been willing to return this calculator to Ace Depot as it is not in proper working order AND it is not the model we ordered. Dealing with Ace Depot has been the worst online experience I've ever had. I can't state strongly enough DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I do not understand how a company that does business this way can stay in business in this day and time.

I ordered four packages of file folder labels from this company. The website showed the correct order number and color was in stock. When I received my order, they were NOT the labels that I ordered. I sent several emails with no response requesting to a return them for the correct ones or a refund. When I finally got a hold of a person on the phone, I was told they could not help me until I took a picture of the items and sent it to them. SERIOUSLY!! I was told once they received the picture, they would help me. No word from them. I continued to call and email. Two weeks and six phone calls later, they now tell me that the product I originally ordered was discontinued. Why didn't they tell me that to begin with? Why did I have to send them a picture of their error?
AGAIN, I requested a refund and to return the incorrect labels. I was told that "someone would get back with me on how return the product". I was also told there would be a 25% re-stocking fee--he said he would "TRY" to get it waived. They're the ones that sent me the wrong product, why should I have to pay a fee to restock their mistake. This company has the WORST customer service! On one of the phone calls, there was so much commotion in the back ground. I was also put on hold and then disconnected. Do NOT do business with them.

I recently ordered a Universal Typewriter Dust Cover at a cost of $14.95 plus $11.65 for shipping from Ace Depot, 159 Paris Avenue, Northvale, NJ 07647-2029. In return, Ace Depot sent me a plastic bag. The dust cover is not as advertised and is of very poor quality. Ace Depot is a rip off and should be avoided like the plague!

DO NOT place an order with this company based on what is on their webpage OR what a sales agent tells you.
Like others I placed an order only to be told 2 days later the item is not available and they will replace with a similar BUT different model or manufacturer!!! When I placed the order I specifically asked the sales agent if the item was in stock, and was told it was.
Seems to be a trend with this company!!!!!!
Be smart and forewarned!!! Order somewhere else!!!!
