Made two recent orders with accessorize, website easy to navigate, and good prices in the sale. Very quick delivery for only £2- a lot of companies now can charge £5+ for postage so it’s good to see a reasonable price.
Only issues were that I wanted a cap but it wouldn’t let me add it to bag and kept saying “error” and my sunglasses didn’t come with a pouch, but everything else really happy with.
Great shop for all your little accessories and bags.

I have ordered from Accessorize multiple times while their shops have been closed and have not had any problems. All of my orders have been dispatched very quickly (often the next day) and have arrived very soon after. The warehouse team also package the items very well.

Speedy delivery and sensibly packaged - I was nervous my new earrings could arrive bent but they were perfect. I'm also grateful they charge a sensible and modest postage price of just £2 for a pair of earrings. Very happy and I'm definitely going to order from the website more often going forward.

Had my ears pierced there (upper lobe) I am is 10 and had no complaints about pain.Nice worker immediately took us to look at earring when we asked, she cleaned and sanitised the area properly. She was very exact with the placing and made it very equal.Piercing was quick and easy.Had it done at Claires previously, which resulted in an infection.Accessorize made it quick and easy and there seems to be no infection so far! 10/10 would do again! :)

Went into the Rushden Lakes Accesorize store today, lots of really lovely jewelry and bags, my daughter brought a really beautiful ring, the lady working there was so friendly and helpful so refreshing to have great customer service we will be going again soon to get some Christmas presents. Would recommend this store.

I got a third lobe piercing in both ears done at Accessorize in Colchester. Previously I had had my lobes pierced at Claire's and was slightly sceptical about another high-street shop offering piercings however was pleasantly surprised. The process was easy and comfortable and felt less painful than previous piercings. The piercer was friendly, helpful and careful. There has been minimal pain and no bleeding - I have had another piercing done at a tattoo parlour before (with a needle) and although Accessorize uses piercing guns, I don't think the level of hygiene or care differs because of this. I would use the piercing services again at Accessorize.

I went to accesorize to get my ear piercing dont there.I got it done by Bobby.She was very helpful and done a great job.I got it done in Claire's before which I thought were very bad because they didnt line it up correctly.Accesorize is a great price aswell.I would highly recommend Uxbridge piercing parlour.

Yesterday my daughter had her ears pierced at Accessorize in Liverpool. Nicola was so lovely and professional. She put my daughter at ease, chatting away as she marked out the earring placement. The attention to detail was first class. At £25 which included a lovely pair of studs and aftercare product, it was very good value. Everything was clean, and it was so convenient as it's a walk in service so no booking an appointment or waiting about. Fantastic service and Nicola was lovely. Will recommend to all my friends.

I bought some lovely items from Accessorize shop and after paying & received my receipt I remembered I had my reward card. I did ask the staff @ my reward card and I had 3 shop staff trying to help and was told that I could have points put on my card from my Account.. At home I contacted the Customer Services and spoke to Jacqueline who was friendly and she spent time helping me to sort out card problems on the phone - with me sitting at my computer - Great communication via phone & email - Thank you Jacqueline you deserve 5*
