Accessorize Reviews

I ordered online for Accessorize to be delivered to the store, and needed to update information and spoke to customer service. The guy I spoke to was very helpful and 5*.
The reason I’ve given 3* is because although I received a despatch email I never received an email stating it was ready to collect?! Find this bizarre as usually other companies inform you that the order is ready to collect, and to be honest it’s kind of put me off ordering online again

I've had these shoes for over 3 weeks and struggle to wear them for more than 2 minutes because they cut into the back of my heel so painfully. Wouldn't recommend.

Good products, but should improve their packaging when sending items ordered on their website. I'm put off when a company sends everything just in plastic bags. You don't have to use boxes, padding is enough. Ordered an earmuff that was squashed in transit. Still usable but the other side sits on the head at a funny angle. I thought of returning it (a hassle) but would I be assured of a better packaging/product?
