Ordered a bag with next day delivery on September 5 and the parcel never arrived. I have been trying to contact through email, phone and social media but getting no response. I am glad that I made the transaction through PayPal and I would go there to claim my money if I get no reply in 2 3 days.

Christmas shopping called in and the alarm went off.A tallish woman shouted over to me in quite a demanding manner.I went across to have my bag checked.I had a Joules bag and a M&S bag.She peered into my Joules bag and says "youve been to Boots".I said "no I havent"."yes you have " she said before realising they were stripy gift sets from Joules.Took my bag off me and said Ive scanned it now.Really rude and bossy.Not used to people speaking to me like this.Arrogant,no customer service skills.I had a quick browse,the "assistant" having a chummy joke with her side kick.No interest in customers whatsoever.Surprising how staff can stop a shop selling goods.wont be returning.

Handbag bought as gift. Used for three weeks and one of the grab handles dropped off. Got on touch with customer service only interested if item was less than six months old and if you had the receipt. When bought as a gift don't always have receipt. Sent photographs as handbag in perfect condition. Still same generic response from by email or I could make a 20mile journey and take back to store on off chance they might be help. For such a global brand customer service is non existant. Avoid like the plague really, really poor. Accessorize is not cheap and cheerful but treats it's customers like the onus is all on the customer not the shoddy workmanship of there overpriced products. Happy for you to contact me Accessorize but I bet you don't!!!!

Couldn't place order - session timed out for no known reason. When trying to pay again couldn't select the option from the drop down menu without the website refreshing. Concerned about using the website to make payment.

Really disappointed in some leopard print gloves I received as a gift for Christmas from Accessorize. After one wear, I noticed that they had a hole in under the thumb... very quickly this became the case on both gloves. Today I have noticed that the bottom of the glove is now coming away too. I have had them for less than a month. I don't have the receipt as they were a gift but definitely wouldn't purchase from Accessorize as very low quality.

Appalling customer service , call helpline and it states customer service are open until 8pm Mon/Fri another pre recorded message also says the department is now closed , come on sort it out accessorize
Website very poor tried to order 1 item with 2 gift cards each having £10 on them, will only let you use 1 gift card on website.
Very disappointed as its my daughter's first time shopping you with guys, as these cards were a Christmas present from grandparents.
Shops that we have visited are very small
with limited stock, (Stafford branch), also acccessorize have outlets in the shop brand outfit which we were then told by outfit staff members we couldn't redeem acccessorize gift cards, even though you clearly are trading in the outfit brand.
Very disappointed and embarrassing at this situation.
When we eventually manage to purchase something with these seemingly pointless cards, it will be the first and the last time we use acccessorize to purchase anything.

I bought two silver 925rings from accessorize as they are trendy stacking rings. First one i brought was great so i brought another cross ring for £16 to £18 but after a week the ring lost its top layer on certain places inner sides and those places look pachy and brass colour. Not nice at all now may be the whole ring will start to peel! I own pandora or simply silver jewellery, rings but this never happened. I tried to clean but this is not something you clean and it will go ? , i regret for not buying simply silver cross ring. Never buying fine jewelry from you.

I was going abroad and i wanted some hair products from their company and i only had a day before going and i paid for the next day delivery and stupid company didn't inform me they will send me the products on a Tuesday but instead when i was abroad they sent the parcel to me and i was disappointed expecially by the term next day so never again am i gonna waste money on thid company the products i got look so cheap and extremely small and its a waste of money +

Very disappointed! Purchased supreme stacking ring set from accessorise.co.uk and the rings discoloured after a few hours of wear! They are of a very poor quality as they have completely discoloured after wearing once and turned my finger green. Very disappointed as I choose to buy from accessorise over other high street stores as I believed the jewellery to be of a better quality and materials. Obviously this is not the case. Would be a real inconvenience to return the item to my nearest store as it is over 40 mins drive away from where I live and would cost more in petrol than the rings cost. Not impressed!
