I went to accesorize to get my ear piercing dont there.I got it done by Bobby.She was very helpful and done a great job.I got it done in Claire's before which I thought were very bad because they didnt line it up correctly.Accesorize is a great price aswell.I would highly recommend Uxbridge piercing parlour.

When there are a lot more bad reviews than good, it's definitely worth taking notice.
My experience was I bought a hat in the sale. I opted for click and collect, which was a distance but I didn't mind as the hat was really nice and in the sale. Got the hat home to discover it had been squashed into a box that was too small for it. The hat looked like it had been run over. I looked on line to find there were no more left. Sent an e-mail to Accessorize, who said I should return it for a refund and they would give me 20% off a full priced item.
I was told I could be assured that all Monsoon Accessorize products undergo quality control checks at both the supplier and at their warehouse. They must have both been on holiday the day they sent that hat out. I don't think I'll bother again.

Yesterday my daughter had her ears pierced at Accessorize in Liverpool. Nicola was so lovely and professional. She put my daughter at ease, chatting away as she marked out the earring placement. The attention to detail was first class. At £25 which included a lovely pair of studs and aftercare product, it was very good value. Everything was clean, and it was so convenient as it's a walk in service so no booking an appointment or waiting about. Fantastic service and Nicola was lovely. Will recommend to all my friends.

I ordered a number of bikini sets ensuring there was time for delivery prior to my holiday departure. Accessorise sat on my order for two days. I chased up with an email to ask why it hadn’t been dispatched. No response to the email. I then get an email to state the order was being shipped over 48 hours after the order was made. The email had a broken link to Royal Mail for tracking and yet had no tracking number. My account also didn’t show a tracking number. I then received post this morning which included two small parcels from Accessorize. One was a bikini top and the other bikini briefs, neither matching and no sign of the rest of my £90 order. I’ve emailed again and surprise, no response either to this or my previous email. Absolutely poor. No hope of receiving my order before I depart.

I previously purchased a ring from there a couple of months ago. Today I returned to the Guilford Friary center store with a friend to look around. A staff member approached me and gestured towards my ring with a dirty look implying that she thought I had stolen it. I then said that it was mine and she rolled her eyes and walked off keeping an eye on me. Then she talked to a colleague about me and they were searching through the rings trying to see if there was one missing. I was humiliated at being publicly accused.
A customer should never have to feel sterotyped because they're a teen and I'm disappointed. I will never return there.

Accessorize does not even deserve 1 star!!!
I orginally brought an item from instore in Dec18 and a few days later the zipper had broken so I took it back to the store and they gave me a gift card which I was fine with as I do shop in there quite a lot. After a week or so I brought some items online using the gift card and then received an email telling me that 2 of the items were not in stock. Ok, I was fine with this but then I had to call customer services for nealry 2 months until I received my refund back! Which is outrageous, who waits 2 months for a refund!! So now I place another order online and they get the delivery address totally wrong so I ring them and tell them the address is incorrect and customer services reponse was we can not amend the address and after 3 attempts they will receive the item back and I will yet again receive a gift card!! I told them that I do not wish to shop with them in the future due to the customer service and request they refund me back on my card. They have basically said we can not do this which is ridicilous! PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH ACCESSORIZE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AN DEFINETLY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!

I ordered an item online and,since it was advertised, joined a Treats scheme entitling me to 25% off my purchase. Despite the code being accepted when checking out, I was charged full price. My fault for not checking. However, I contacted customer services who, after several emails eventually responded and confirmed I should have received my discount. And there the story ends. They do not respond to my calls or emails. They never ring back despite promising to respond in their automated response. I’m returning the item although it’s just what I wanted. There’s a principle at stake here and I certainly won’t be spending my money with company.

BUYER BEWARE. My sister picked a birthday gift from this site. After I placed order NO tracking info was sent and NO ONE answered emails for 2 weeks. Bday had passed. I had to apologize to my sister let her know it will arrive late. She still wanted the pretty purse. I then contacted live chat 3x and no one can give me an answer. They don't know what happened, where package is nothing. However I can't cancel this item because like I said my sister specifically wanted it for her bday. Then later on in the month almost 4 weeks later I got a notification it was cancelled and I am being refunded. I asked customer service why it was cancelled, I STILL WANT THE ITEM. They said package is lost. Ok well then don't cancel send a new one. On a side note how can a package be lost if a tracking number was never given. No one can give a STRAIGHT answer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE HAS AN ANSWER FOR WEEKS!!!!!!! They should be shut down. It is not professional to not answer emails for weeks. I wish I can give it 0 stars.

I visited the Croydon branch Accesorize, absolutely disgusted with my service/experience.
First visit and my last unfortunately.
I was shopping in there yesterday afternoon, firstly I found the person who said she was in charge, whilst she was in a conversation over the phone on the shop floor, highly unprofessional, she was in conversations about banking issues, discrepancies, takings etc out loud, (clearly some disscresion training needs to me omit.) a lovely elderly lady tried to ask for some assistance from her earlier too, she couldn’t reach an item, the person who claimed she was the only one in charge, completely ignored her was sitting on a foot stool merchandising a gondola and carried on huffing and puffing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Secondly, there were several signages reading “ spend £30.00 to receive a free pair of earrings”
After my purchase I had to ask for them, what kind of customer service is this?
Not only to be laughed at and the manager replying in such an abrupt manner as if she had enough for the day to say “ what!!! I don’t know where they are right know! I don’t even know where they are!, do we have any, then she sent the member of staff to check downstairs and also to the monsoon tills too. Whilst the member had to leave the till to look, the person who claimed she was in charge, kept giving me daggers with her eyes, and huffing and puffing, it was extremely uncomfortable, she seemed upset to have to serve one customer with one item, as she shouted at next old man who came to que at the till point and said “yes!! You can go to the other tills!! The old man replied but there is a big que there.. he looked upset with the ladys aggressive manner and shook his head and walked away.
Mean while the young lady came back to tell me that she doesn’t think they have any free pair of earrings left, said “soooorrrry”
And so I left, so disappointing to be mislead by there offers. Then as I left the store i forget my coffee on the till point, to which I immediately went pack instore, asked the lady “ did you happen to see my coffee? She said “ I thought you left that on deliberate, I’ve thrown it away”. I said you thought I had left that on deliberate. To which I was so upset with my experience anyway, I also had my 1 year old son with me and didn’t even have the patience to stay longer to refund my goods.
It’s just such a shame that staff and management members of such an establishment that carries such beautiful and unique products can disgrace a reputation of a brand, to a point that you don’t ever wish to set foot into another branch again.
After the service I received, the free pair of earrings, I was suppose to receive, but was falsely mislead and was not offered anything in replacement, then staff assuming customers leave coffees by the till point, on deliberate would you go there again?

13/01/2019 Went into the Wandsworth Southside shopping centre branch and wanted a exchange as I was given a necklace as a gift. I firstly asked a member of staff for the exchange who got the supervisor who sighed quietly when she heard an exchange. It was a Sunday I spoke with the supervisor who said I couldn’t get an exchange as for all she knew I could of stole it. She was laughing away with her colleague saying something in her language under her breath as I walked out I found her very rude. Her and the other member of staff were standing behind the till leaning over looking at their phones it showed no professionalsm and the way I was treated was unacceptable. If I knew the supervisors name I would of taken this further through the head office because of behaviour like this valuable customers won’t shop there! I have been a customer for years at monsoon and accessories and Wandsworth has been my local for 4 years. I will never be visiting here since I was humiliated not only in front of another of member of staff but by customers in the queue behind!

First ever order from monsoon/accsesorise I only bought 2 pair of slippers in sale with delivery for £14.00 I found the quality of packing very good minimal chance of damage although they are just slippers not a glass item. I can't fault that side of things like dispatch, price, value & customer service on the phone then I get to the delivery company well good job I only paid £2 delivery with it being hermes that was the one fault for me if I had paid a few pound more with hermes delivering I would have rated lower THEY GAVE A DELIVERY AT 9- 11AM time slot 3.10PM it turns up what is the point in hermes new site if the company is as unreliable as ever and still cannot stick to times given

Really disappointed in some leopard print gloves I received as a gift for Christmas from Accessorize. After one wear, I noticed that they had a hole in under the thumb... very quickly this became the case on both gloves. Today I have noticed that the bottom of the glove is now coming away too. I have had them for less than a month. I don't have the receipt as they were a gift but definitely wouldn't purchase from Accessorize as very low quality.

I recently purchased a pair of accessorize slippers in the sale and decided to check back a few days later to find they had been further reduced. I tried to get in contact with customer services which was already difficult as the website always seems to crash. Finally after waiting in the queue to chat to someone, I was told that no one could chat at this time so I should just email them. After 36 hours, they had still not got back to my email so I tried the online chat once more and got a hold of someone. The only advice I was given was to return the slippers and reorder them again which seems to me like a lot of faff. They also told me that they would not refund the difference between the new sale price and the price in which I bought my slippers for into my account (which is something most stores actually do if you let them know). I am very disappointed with this as it seems to be quite unfair that unknowingly sale prices can be reduced further and they refuse to refund the money. I will not be shopping in the accessorize sale again.

Appalling customer service , call helpline and it states customer service are open until 8pm Mon/Fri another pre recorded message also says the department is now closed , come on sort it out accessorize
Website very poor tried to order 1 item with 2 gift cards each having £10 on them, will only let you use 1 gift card on website.
Very disappointed as its my daughter's first time shopping you with guys, as these cards were a Christmas present from grandparents.
Shops that we have visited are very small
with limited stock, (Stafford branch), also acccessorize have outlets in the shop brand outfit which we were then told by outfit staff members we couldn't redeem acccessorize gift cards, even though you clearly are trading in the outfit brand.
Very disappointed and embarrassing at this situation.
When we eventually manage to purchase something with these seemingly pointless cards, it will be the first and the last time we use acccessorize to purchase anything.

Hermes as their delivery courier?! As Martin Lewis recommends, never use companies who use inept couriers like Hermes. They are USELESS!! Forged signature, no item delivered. Sorry, Monsoon, you will lose a lot of business choosing brainless couriers like Hermes to deliver your goods. A waste of time and money!! Thanks for exactly nothing.

Ordered online about two weeks ago, and then last week on Monday ,recieved an e-mail from Hermes that my order was delivered to me at 9 in the evening.I was at home and no one came or left anything in the mail box.Contacted both Hermes and Accessorize more than 3 times each about this issue,and also how can Hermes deliver to me at 9 in the evening when they work until 8!?!
So far they keep telling they’ll contact Hermes,Hermes are telling me that they are trying to solve the issue and giving me no answer how can they “deliver” to me after their working hours!
Horrible customer service from both sides and very disappointed of Hermes , if your customers are not getting their orders you should change your courier to prevent this from happening again and people spending money for nothing!!!

I went to accessorize/monsoon in Harrogate. I purchased a glitter pleated scarf. I have got great praise saying it looked good. The staff at the shop are friendly.
