I ordered a pair of earrings on the 3rd June ... they said they were dispatched on the 10th however the hermes tracking link says they are still expecting my parcel it is now 29th june. I have email customer service and had no response at all. I don't think I should have to wait nearly a month for my order with no response from the company.

Speedy delivery and sensibly packaged - I was nervous my new earrings could arrive bent but they were perfect. I'm also grateful they charge a sensible and modest postage price of just £2 for a pair of earrings. Very happy and I'm definitely going to order from the website more often going forward.

Do not get your cartilage pierced here, they use guns and normal lobe studs!
Recently got my cartilage pierced at the truro store in Cornwall on a whim and it wasn’t till I spoke to my friend after and also researched online, that you should not pierce cartilage with guns!!
**piercing guns must not be used because they can result in an immediate shock in the ear. If your piercer uses a gun for piercing your ear cartilage, ensure to report them as soon as possible because it I is very dangerous.
The damage a piercing gun can cause to your cartilage is scary. It can shatter your cartilage and result to deforming your ear. It can also cause complications because piercing guns cannot be sterilized**
I kept my helix clean every day and night, using the solution provided but my ear did get infected as she used a butterfly at the back of the helix which collects bacteria. my ear formed a blood blister but luckily I was able to get rid of it.
Also because she used a normal size stud and not a proper cartilage stud, no proper bars will now fit through! I will be writing a letter of complaint to HR as they should not be piercing cartilage in a shop like Accessorize.
Update** thanks accessorise for your useless response below, in most places it’s actually illegal to use a gun on a cartilage by the way. the piercer also was handling the stud in her fingers to load it into the gun?! so I’m not sure what you have said is correct at all?! You Might want to check who’s training your staff. :)

Unfortunately I am done shopping with Accessorize, it's a shame because their items are really pretty and on style but I'm fed up of paying their excessive high prices for items that the quality is so bad they only last one use and their clothes washed once and threads come undone and item is ruined. You can get better quality at Primark. Their customer service is also useless not willing to help or offer any remedy only excuses, if any response is given at all. AVOID

I wrote a review in January, but it seems to have been taken off!!!! bought my daughter a lovely ring and bracelet as a Christmas present! She wore it on Christmas Day, by the end of the day the silver went grey and the ring left a green ring on her finger! I returned it with receipt back to the Kingston branch were I purchased the ring, the manager told me they do not take returns and to contact customer services, I emailed customer services with a photo of the jewellery and receipt they said they can not do anything and to go back to the store. I’m left £35.00 cost of unwearable jewellery.
This is the second review I’ve written, I’ll persist until I get my refund. As I stated in my first review the jewellery sold to me is not fit for purpose.

Incompetent and untrained staff who pierced my ears wonky. The lady pierced them at different angles and close to my other piercings so that it looks like I had a rip in my ears. The manager agreed it was done awfully and asked me to complain to the customer services. The lady at customer services was rude and claimed I asked for my ears to be pierced like this and that I was not entitled to any compensation for the pain and incompetence of the staff member. This is despite staff admitting they were at fault. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL

I placed an order on wed 18th Dec, under the impression my items would arrive before Christmas, as stated online. However, after receiving only two pairs of earrings in separate parcels (Which I know can happen) I am still waiting for two more pairs and a scarf, 12 days later! I have emailed twice but have not had any response. I want to know where my items are!! One of the pairs of earrings I have received are unwearable. They are the Silver Plated Star Hoops. The thinner stem will not insert into the hollow part, no matter how I try (bending earlobe forward to see behind/arm over top of my head/behind my head and even when they are off!) and in the process the little star falls off as it’s not attached and nearly lost it a few times. Such a shame as they are pretty but with a major design flaw! The last complaint I have is the price discrepancies instore via online! Same item should surely be sold at the same price?! I wonder if I will get any response to my review as I have heard nothing from customer services yet!?

Not able to place an order on-line due to "timeout" (apparently you have to delete your cookies, which is hassle). After 15 minutes on hold for customer services, they wouldn't let me place a one-off order without creating an on-line account first. Duh! I just want to order! So they were prepared to not take my order because I only wanted to order as a "guest" and their system isn't set up to do that. What a rubbish system, and dreadful service. Taking my business elsewhere.
Note: if you read Accessorize's response, it shows how disinterested in the customer. As an aside (and because the items were so desperately wanted) I did succeed in ordering the earrings and necklaces using a completely different device and payment card. BUT!! The earrings arrived just before Christmas, with an email received on Christmas Eve telling me that the matching necklaces was actually out of stock and that they'd cancelled my order. So now stuck with a pair of earrings which I can't return to store, and half a present missing. Useless company all round.
JUST AVOID ACCESSORIZE!!!!!!!!!

Christmas shopping called in and the alarm went off.A tallish woman shouted over to me in quite a demanding manner.I went across to have my bag checked.I had a Joules bag and a M&S bag.She peered into my Joules bag and says "youve been to Boots".I said "no I havent"."yes you have " she said before realising they were stripy gift sets from Joules.Took my bag off me and said Ive scanned it now.Really rude and bossy. Not used to people speaking to me like this.Arrogant,no customer service skills.I had a quick browse, the "assistant" having a chummy joke with her side kick.No interest in customers whatsoever.Surprising how staff can stop a shop selling goods.wont be returning.

I have never received such bad customer service from a company, I requested a treats point card in June after I was told mine hadn’t been registered as it should have been so I lost out on loads of points, we are in late October now and after numerous emails and being fibbed if still no treats card, then I was emailed a £5 voucher which didn’t work, appalling customer service, they just don’t give a damn!

I've popped into the Leeds whiterose accesorize, for a few years now and have noticed the customer service is appalling and hasn't changed, I do only go in now if I have to but mostly avoid, the staff and managers are rude and don't smile or say hello, the staff and manager's also talk about the customers once they've gone, I've experienced this first hand and was shocked as the manager was laughing and going along with it, I only go because it's free parking and some of the jewellery is ok, it can fall apart easily, it shocks me more as the store in Leeds city centre has excellent customer service, I wonder if they could teach the whiterose stores staff how to smile and be more helpful, I think alot of it has to do with the type of person that works there, bit backward, village people, not integrated. I also think their good customer service is only there if your a certain skin tone. My main reason for writing this review was that I recently visited the branch in Leeds city centre again (i have been to this branch quite alot to) and the customer service was astounding again the girl that served me was so friendly.

Purchased a Luna crossbody bag in black.....major flaw...the colour transfers from the strap onto clothing.
Because I was slow to complain, they are not willing to do anything BUT offer 15% off another purchase.
I will not be purchasing any bags from them again, if the quality of the original purchase makes it unfit for use.i.e.FAULTY.

I bought shoes which turned out to be faulty - asked customer service and I was told there is 6 months faulty goods policy. I sent them back about a month ago and my emails are being constantly ignored - it was definitely delivered there but I have no answer. Now I have no shoes and no money back. What a bad customer service... I am really disappointed as I have been always shopping there.

Had my ears pierced there (upper lobe) I am is 10 and had no complaints about pain.Nice worker immediately took us to look at earring when we asked, she cleaned and sanitised the area properly. She was very exact with the placing and made it very equal.Piercing was quick and easy.Had it done at Claires previously, which resulted in an infection.Accessorize made it quick and easy and there seems to be no infection so far! 10/10 would do again! :)

Handbag bought as gift. Used for three weeks and one of the grab handles dropped off. Got on touch with customer service only interested if item was less than six months old and if you had the receipt. When bought as a gift don't always have receipt. Sent photographs as handbag in perfect condition. Still same generic response from by email or I could make a 20mile journey and take back to store on off chance they might be help. For such a global brand customer service is non existant. Avoid like the plague really, really poor. Accessorize is not cheap and cheerful but treats it's customers like the onus is all on the customer not the shoddy workmanship of there overpriced products. Happy for you to contact me Accessorize but I bet you don't!!!!

I got a third lobe piercing in both ears done at Accessorize in Colchester. Previously I had had my lobes pierced at Claire's and was slightly sceptical about another high-street shop offering piercings however was pleasantly surprised. The process was easy and comfortable and felt less painful than previous piercings. The piercer was friendly, helpful and careful. There has been minimal pain and no bleeding - I have had another piercing done at a tattoo parlour before (with a needle) and although Accessorize uses piercing guns, I don't think the level of hygiene or care differs because of this. I would use the piercing services again at Accessorize.

Deceiving Promotion, poor service
Accessorize at Arndale had a huge sign saying ALL SALE - 70% OFF.
I went there and started filling a basket with some nice earrings and necklaces. I had cash so to make sure I had enough money I asked a very impatient and smileless cashier if the sale really was for everything in the store, as per she replied "no" and pointed to a tinny corner saying "only those item are 70% off".
I told her the sign at the entrance was deceiving since it was clear that ALL products were 70% off. she gave me a really dry response saying the sign doesn't say ALL but selected products, and that I should have read it carefully.
I ended up buying 3 items (at full price) and when I left I saw her going to the entrance to check the sign and realizing I was right.
I'm not sure if the sign is still there... but I don't care as I'm not going there ever again.
