Do not ever deal with this company. I was told that during this pandemic that I wouldn't have to make a payment since my wife was out of work. I noticed they put it on my credit report I was 30 days past due. After calling the corporate office I was told my situation was being escalated and I would get a call back. I never received a call back. When I called them again I was told they did not have any information and I was now 80 days past due. This company will ruin your credit and flat out lie to you. I am going to sue them.

I made 3 payments of 340 304 and 300 for a selectional that would cost at the en of 120 days 1,592 I was paying more monthly because I wanted to finish paying sooner, I called to pay off my debt and they told me it was $734 I have Like 2 or 3 weeks for my contract to end and waiting for a call from manager 2 days ago have not hear from them... acceptance now it's a headache

I just got off the phone with them today about my agreement getting extended because they never explained to me when purchasing the bed that I would have to pay interest on the months I've already paid as well as payments not paid if not paid off in a certain amount of months. Now they saying I have 460 dollars left. When I paid 3 months of 156. Be only cost 718. Very pissed

IF you are down on your luck and trying to build credit please DO NOT use this company. Sit/lay on the FLOOR!!! If I wouldn't have called today, my poor parents would have ended up paying 6000$ for what was 2384$! This company takes advantage of people who are all already having a rough time in life ...and it MAKES ME SICK!

Two weeks ago I tried calling the Number they gave me to make my payment every two weeks like I have since the store closed due to covid-19. The phone number was unavailable. So I went to the website for the next week and it also was down. Now I have late charges at no fault of mine I have proof that I've called that I've been trying to pay but I'm not paying these late fees. They have also sent me a another number to call through email, but that says long wait time press the # to get a call back I have done that like 4 to 5 times now and I never get a call. Or it says manage ur account online which u can't due because u cannot change ur payment amount without the store doing it.

I attempt to pay my payments A WHOLE WEEK PRIOR to my due date and it is absolutely impossible to do so because the site is poorly engineered. I touch a link and it highlights part of a paragraph half way down the page. I have to touch around my screen and figure out the hotspot for the online payment link. Only to be brought to another page that's even harder to figure out. Then I get on my laptop and sign in only to be looped to the sign in page again and again. This is SEVERELY pissing me off. I'm really over this. I rather let the merchandise go back to the store and be done with this absolutely STUPID system. This is entirely UNACCEPTABLE! All my payments are on time..if not early... when I have 3 hours and the patience to figure out how to press the right spot in my screen that will activate the correct link. So aggravating that I wish there were someone to choke for it... preferably wearing an Acceptance Now shirt.

This finance company is structured to make it very difficult to pay in the 90 day window to get the same as cash option. Customer service is horrible to even speak to if you can get them on the phone. There is no option online to make any other payment than the full term contract payment so you have to call. I waited 45 minutes on hold until after the office closed and never was able to speak to a representative. I have had multiple issues with the website that make it very difficult to process a payment. This company is structured as a vacuum cleaner with the nozzle in your wallet.

associates was stealing my payment money I was still being charged even though it wasnt my fault. Cant get a hold of the district manager Allysha Reams doesn't return calls in which shes the district manager for the Sarasota Fl. location. Ive been trying to get a hold her her for 30+ days and she hasnt answered or even tried to return my calls. Steven who is the store representative is also unreasonable he is untrustworthy and is out to help me as the customer. The corporate representatives are just as bad been waiting on them to return my call as well. Have a outstanding balance I'm trying to square away and they not responding. I do not recommend use another company if possible.

So supposedly you don't pay interest for 120 days. But read the fine print. If you pay off early they charge for that plus a percentage. So there's no win. You technically pay that interest under the guise of store prices instead of sale price. Definitely not worth it unless you have no credit and can't get furniture any other way. Had I known this would definitely not have been the option for me. I feel ripped off!!!!

I called into to see if they could extend the buy out. I leave in New York City and as we all know it's on Shut Down. I was told by Chrissy that is not a opinion the offer. I also explained to her I'm not asking for more time because it's my fault, it's because I can't return to work until the Governor opens my office for work. She continued to state the I can do the regular which I'll be paying more. So I'm writing to let everyone know that this is not a company that you want to deal with. The will not help you when the country is in a state of emergency.

This finance company has the rudest employees and they don't care that they are ripping people off. The contacts are very misleading!! I can't say enough that these people are totally scam artists. The reviews above cover only some of the ways that they will scam you based on my personal experience. When you have paid the stated total amount that you owe, I suggest that you close your debit/credit card if you agreed to autopay each month and report any harassment to the appropriate authorities...

This company is the worst ever. They don't let you know your balance. Even when sick in the hospital they call all day everyday. They have so many fees that I was aware of. I will never buy anything through them they are scammers. If I would've known this company was rent a center I would have left this furniture right there. DO NOT RENT OR BUY anything with this people.

I am a customer with AcceptanceNow and I must say throughout this ordeal with the COVID-19 I personally had the best experience with a representative of AcceptanceNow by the name of Amanda. This young woman was the most genuine charismatic person I have had the pleasure of speaking and doing business with during this time. She went above and beyond her responsibilities to assist me with my account and payment. If I can continue doing business with this young lady you will have a customer for a long time! We remained on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to get everything situated, never once did Amanda show anything but the upmost respect for me but also is very knowledgeable about her business! This is the kind of person who deserves a shout out during this pandemic and the company should be proud to have such an outstanding employee! This is for the Montgomery,AL area.

I am so shocked at the level of poor customer service and the lack of respect as a customer I have recievd. Even the fact that the manager (District Manager) can't even have the curtsy to return a phone call, the attitude received from the store representative was utterly ridiculous and this is not a post to bash but an actual post that within hopes someone with a heart from your company that has compassion about the customers whom you all actually need to keep your business going, if you didn't realize that the company is based upon our need for help, I hope you see this! Ended up paying double for recliner. They kept saying I couldn't pay early because it would mess up the payment schedule that would help increase your credit. Do not use them! Shopped at Bob's in Columbia.

Honestly this company is totally useless. I called their manager in Smyrna asking for help with going over account. He was totally uninterested in solving my issues and kept on telling me he will mail me documents. I have had all but problems with Acceptance now. I will never use again. The manager there Josh Korn guys has a very lackadaisical attitude and needs help with customer service skills.

I will never purchase anything from acceptance now. There fees are ridiculous. They charge a fee to call to make a payment and also charge to payoff furniture. I do not recommend getting anything from Acceptance Now. If you can just layaway and pay as you go, but going this route don't do it. They harass you as soon as your late. They call next day. I will never purchase anything from Acceptance Now ever again.
