This company is an apartment scam in Berlin. They do not return deposits. Do not trust them. There's a woman Stephanie Krancioch who seems to be the face of the scam but another dodgy character Larry Woghiren who is the shady figure in the background. Doesn't live in Berlin and has loads of dissolved businesses in, at least, Germany and the UK. Current suspected location Austrailia or New Zealand.
