I recommend avoiding this company. Their customer service literally went out of their way to waste my time and screw up my order. This is what happened:
-I ordered lenses on their website and gave them my Ophthalmologist's personal cell phone (with her permission)
-a week goes by and they contact me saying "the contact info is incorrect" and "we've me trying to get in touch with your doctor."
-I contacted her over the next few days and asked her they had called her. She said NOT ONCE had they done so.
-I contacted ACLens again and told them to process my order by the middle of next week or cancel the order
-They contacted me and said "We've canceled your order AT YOUR REQUEST" and added an extra snide remark saying "We appreciate your business" when they REFUSED TO DO BUSINESS WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!
There is no excuse to treat customers like this. If they are too lazy to call my doctor they should just say so, instead of claiming they've been "trying" when the truth is absolutely the opposite. They did not call her ONCE. And I actually had permission to give them her cell phone IN ORDER TO MAKE IT EASIER AND FASTER FOR THEM TO CONTACT HER IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!
I have received NO apology for this. I am now forced to wear old worn contacts while I order new ones elsewhere because of these people wasting my time. I would have NEVER used them if I had known they would be so slow, nor if I knew they would lie about attempting to contact my doctor.
