Unbelievably unprofessional. Shamefully sloppy work. Very poor customer service. This was a nightmare experience as soon as I’d paid. The draft will went back and forth several times with repeated errors uncorrected even though I’d sent corrections using track changes. I contacted them by phone and was talked at rather than offered careful advice. Any questions were clearly unwelcome, email communication was in half sentences with no names. It appeared to me that the aim was to cut and paste personal details onto a wordy and poorly written template with the minimum effort for an easy £200. The final will was send to us in cheap creased plastic folders and was still full of errors. I’d be interested to see if the £20 from £200 fee was paid to the NHS was actually paid.
