I had a burnt out bulb after 11 months a replacement was sent out at my cost but under Warranty. The newer light (updated version) burnt out after 3 months.....this is the response after I returned it at their request, my cost, for troubleshooting........
The results came in and the failure was due to heat exhaustion. The tech believes that maybe they are not getting enough air to cool the heat bands.......we will absolutely not be refunding a kit that was purchased 15 months ago. making a warranty claim does not somehow extend warranty coverage.
Further I submitted the same review on their website and they removed it I suspect they remove all unfavourable reviews....buyer beware.....

Before I purchased the item, the owner assured me the product would work for my model / year of truck. They did not work. Customer service was not responsive so I return the item. Owner has refused / delayed to refund money - he's playing games and talking about restocking fees. Now Im out shipping costs and possibly restocking fees and will have to file a dispute with the credit card.
It would be so simple to just refund the money and I would have left it that. Maybe even bought something else from them... why do people do this?
