My fridge & freezer stopped cooling and we found out when I went to get my daughter a popsicle and they had started to leak all over the inside of my freezer.
Cue huge disappointment when I realized this since I had JUST gone grocery shopping.
It was the end of the day so we scrambled to get our food into another fridge and then we tried to fix it on our own but we are not experts and it didn't work. On another note, don't look how dirty it is behind your fridge...just don't, or I guess you should.
I called another repair place at 7am the next morning (they opened at 7) and by 8:30am I still had not received a call back so I called Rom and he answered the phone and was able to come out the same day. He told me 3-5 pm and he was here by 5:20pm. He kept me updated by text on his arrival which was helpful.
The service charge is $69 and waved if you go with a repair and I checked in on yelp and got $25 off.
The repair was one we could not have done ourselves and we went ahead and had him replace the broken part, which he had on hand, for around $500.
I am really happy it was able to get replaced because I did not want to have to replace the fridge and really glad we met Rom, we will use him again...but hopefully not anytime soon

A repairman you can trust - 100%! Tom and his office were great at letting me know an earlier repair took far longer than expected, it happens and communication is key. I only needed help with a freezer drawer coming off track and resulting in increased freezer temperature. What I really appreciated was how Rom took the time to find the part number for a bypass filter and order it for me. He then went out of his way to deliver the part. He even gave me a rough estimate on replacement of the display screen that is obviously on its way out.
Finding an honest and dependable appliance repairman is so important these days as we try to keep those expensive appliances working and lasting longer. Needless to say I'll be recommending him to my neighbors and will be calling Rom out next time I need repairs.

My oven wouldn't turn on then wouldn't turn off without turning off the gas line. Having my oven work is even more important now then ever since we are staying at home more than before. Made an appointment online through their app and was able to get Rom to come out and fix it in two days. He was on time and also called to ensure I was home and available shortly before my appointment. Was able to replace the part and fix the problem within an hour and also provided a 6 month warranty on the part. The cost of the repair was less than what I've seen online for similar fixes. Rom was professional and personable and also took Covid precautions such as wearing a mask and frequently washing hands. Highly recommended!

Our washer was leaking periodically. Rom came right out, inspected all parts of the interior of the machine, and figured out the problem for us, all within 20 minutes. He only charged 69.95.

Just a fantastic small business run by a fantastic guy. You can tell Rom just loves his job and loves making customers happy. My ten-year-old fridge suddenly stopped cooling. Rom came out the next day, identified the problem in about two minutes, fixed it in about twenty minutes, and left me with a totally reasonable bill. Will hire him again for any appliance issues, no matter what. If you're worried about getting over-charged or tricked, just put your worries to rest and call Rom!

I made the reservation using their online form, good communication all around. On the day of the appointment Danny called while a few minutes out and arrived on time!
I sent pictures of the error codes the dishwasher was displaying hoping this wouldn't mean one trip to diagnose and another days later for the repair as typically parts always seem to not be in stock. I had a great surprise when everything was accomplished in one day. Danny confirmed the codes, got the part and did the repair within a couple hours total.

Contacted Absolute Appliance Services on a April 19th due to my refrigerator not cooling and the electronic settings being non-responsive to setting changes. Booked an appointment online (very user friendly). Received a call back within in 45min - 1hr to confirm my appointment for the next day. Very good customer service. Jack (tech) arrived on time and was informative about the motherboard malfunction causing issues with my refrigerator. Motherboard had to be replaced. I will definitely used Absolute Appliance Services again.

Jack at Absolute Appliance was great. I called on Monday and they were able to come and fix my washing machine the very next day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He wore his mask the entire time and socially distanced when explaining the problem.
They also said they provide 6 month service warranty. Which is always a plus! I would recommend this company and will definitely be using their services again.

I would really recommend this service. My dryer went out, and they came the very next day to fix it. The repairman Danny was awesome, used safety precautions for Covid 19, really nice and thorough. Their rate was reasonable as well. I'm dropping my previous appliance service business and sticking with these guys.

My favorite fridge is from 2011. The problem was that the fan on the fridge wasn't working. I also had an issue with the cord one of the teeth fell out of the plug. Mind you I needed someone that had the parts ready to go! This is the business that is prepared for what ever it is you need. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for caring about my problem. I am always a skeptic when choosing anyone for any repair from home to car to appliances. But Absolute was quick, on time and provided an accurate diagnoses of my problem.
Unfortunately my washer/dryer stack would cost too much to be fixed, even doing it myself so I had to skip on the actual repair but....
I would use them again and recommend them highly .

When we moved into our house, our new fridge did not dispense water or ice. We contacted our home warranty to add the fridge, and they said it was a pre-existing condition (?!!) so we couldn't add it to the warranty until we got it repaired. Saw the excellent rating for Absolute Appliance Services and reached out to them on Yelp. Within minutes they responded saying they could come out today! I went through their app to save some $, and they said they would come between 3-5P. Got a call from a tech at 1 saying they had a cancellation and could come right over if we wanted, which we accepted. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Once he diagnosed the issue, he gave us a quote. We even received a follow up call from the owner to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs that you need! Next time something goes wrong they will be my first call.

I have called upon Absolute Appliances 3 times now and can not say enough good things about them. I am the President and Founder of Connor and Millies Dog Rescue so believe me things like washing machines, dryers, and garbage disposals are very important! Each time, the service has been prompt, professional and very reasonable in price. They all took in stride all the supervision the dogs provided during the repairs.

I should've thought it through and did more research, though these guys had a ton of good reviews, I thought to just give them a shot. I wanted to see what was wrong with my washer, thought it would be a minor repair, but they charge $70 bucks for them just to come and look at it, and if you decide to have them fix it the cost would go to your fixing charges. But after the consultation , the fix would've cost over $500 bucks . So it would only make sense to buy a new one. So you lose out on $70 , which couldn't gone to a new washer purchase. I feel like the $70 is actually a really high price just for someone to look at it, especially around these times, but, my fault.

Called for service and explained the issue. Danny came and took temps in my fridge and freezer, stating everything was fine. It was a 5 min visit that cost me $70.
The next day the whole unit went out. I called back to have someone come out and was told to call the manufacturer stating AAS would charge me $750-950 to replace the compressor. They also just said it was the compressor with no other diagnostics done to the unit. I called LG and was able to get the compressor unit replacement, but called AAS back for labor info and was told $750.
Feels like a huge waste of my time and money for nothing. I have another company quoting me $300 for the same service. AAS has great reviews, so I'm disappointed by the experience I had.
Edit: Romuel called me and left a very rude message in regards to my yelp review. Stating I "do this for a living" (What?) and preceded to tell me he would call Yelp to have my review removed when I called him back. On his voicemail he said if I wanted a refund that was fine since $70 is nothing to him. I didn't want a refund, but hey if you want to offer - okay! But then he said no, and called me an extortionist. Which is weird because I wasn't using force or threat, let alone even asking for a refund ...maybe he doesn't know what that word means? Alrighty then. I think the business's response to a less-than-happy customer says enough. I'm glad they'll never help again... like I'd even ask for it? So petty. $70 isn't anything to me either, friend. I just wanted a decent experience. Even if I paid the ridiculous labor charges, I would do so gladly for not working with someone so rude.
Who calls their customers to be rude to them after a review? C'mon now. Keep my money just for the entertainment factor of watching someone get so mad about a simple, honest review. Must be hard to be you. I'm glad you responded because I think your response is worse than the review.

I contacted Absolute Appliance via Yelp on Saturday regarding an issue with our fridge and they were able to have someone come out that Monday. Danny was our Technician and he was awesome! He was very thorough and explained the issue. He also provided me with a coupon card and a magnet just in case we need future services. All of the staff I spoke with via email, customer service on the phone for scheduling, and Danny were very friendly! Danny even contacted us prior to our service window and showed up early. I highly recommend Absolute Appliance.

Called on 5/26 they came out the very next day. Danny was the technician that came out. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave me a 10 minute call ahead of his arrival. Once he figured out what was wrong with my refrigerator. He found out that he did not have the part on him but they did have it in the shop. He came back later that day and has it fixed within 30 minutes. Great customer service would definitely recommend them to anyone.
