ABOUT YOU was launched recently in Romania. The only reason I give 2 stars, not one, is that products arrived in a couple of days, which was ok, unfortunately were not as presented in the pictures and I found out that online return is not working, there for I have to waste my time or keep products that are not worth the money. Considering the prices they have, quality of services and products are both very low.

From 12th of August no information available about my package at all.
The delivery date stated in email notification was set on date 15-16.8.2019.
Customer service contacted twice, they have no idea what happened, same answer :"be patient". Tracking number of the package does not exist within database of local post office service.
I would prefer to be sent my the money back, I have no patience more.

SO BAD! They always use Hermes, you can't chose another parcel company. Delivery goes back if you are not home- pick up not an option. so this is for unemployed and stay home mums only?

It might happen that my order is not proberly shipped and mysteriously retourned to the warehouse by dhl, but I expect proactive communication and a replacement.
Instead I had to find out in a various mails and calls with the customer care. They were not friendly, not solution oriented and not helpful, but instead trying to get rid of me transferring me to from one agent to the next and letting me explain my case again and again. What a waste of time and nerves!
Meanwhile, my article is stil availiable, but not with the discount I had when I ordered and Aboutyou refuses to send me a replacement for their f++k up. I call that fraud, because they are not fullfilling their part of purchase agreement.

On Friday 28/06/2019 I called the customer service of about you in the Netherlands. I may say this is the second time I call your customer service and to be honest IT’S THE WORST SERVICE EVER! The reason of my call was because about you have issued an incomplete refund back to my bank account. I’ve already called on Monday 24/06/2019 and one of your agents advised me to wait until the end of last week to get the second part of my refund as items are scanned separately (by brand). I waited the whole week and I decided to call on Friday 28/06/2019. To be clearer I spoke on that Friday to one of your agents Jost Martins. I explained to him what his colleague advised on Monday, and that I should receive my complete refund by the end of last week, he was repeating himself as a recorder machine regarding the return policy of about you and that his colleague has provided the wrong information. I told him I understand that items are scan separately but what I do not understand is why I’ve not received a refund back of the items of the same brand. He kept interrupting me all the time, when your agents should do is listening the customer and help out with a solution, no repeating the return policy (which one is not indicating that you issue a refund separately by brand) as I can go to your website ad read by myself!!
When I request to Jost Martins to transfer this call to a supervisor or team lead, he refused completely by saying that was impossible to transfer that call as the supervisors and team-leaders were not available as they only work from 10:00-18:00. I asked him for the possibility to speak during these hours with a manager or team leader and he also denied this possibility as he said that they cannot handle any complaint our call. JUST RIDICULOUS! This is not the worst thing, also your agent was screaming on the phone when I told him that he should not treat his customers in that way, he took his phone away, and scream things in Dutch that even his colleagues were laughing at the back!
Believe this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life! At the end this guy did not help at all! He was so unprofessional, unhelpful and rude agent!
After your company issues my refund COMPLETE BACK! I’ll stop ordering from you. I do not wish to keep investing my money with a company as you with the worst customer service.

Please avoid ordering anything from ABOUT YOU if you don't need headache and stress. I had a very terrible experience with them and wouldn't want anyone to experience such thing. I have vowed never to buy any article from them again.
I made an order from them and they never delivered the product, but they insisted that I must pay for an article which I never received.
Despite series of lengthy calls and unyielding talks with their UNORGANISED CUSTOMER SERVICE, they couldn't deliver my article, rather they charged me double for not paying them in time.
For over two years now, I have been placing Orders from Zalando and Amazon, and till date I haven't experienced such ugly situation.
Only one try on ABOUT YOU and they failed me woefully...it's terrible!!!

I received a item with a hole. The customer service is so poor - I have to return the item with their horrible carrier (hermes) which is slow, then they will inspect it and maybe send me a new item or not.
Unbelievable in 2019. Just go to another more customer centric website.

Delivery reliability and info sharing sucks big time. Their customer service replies that they haven’t forgotten their customer, however don’t supply any further info or even a response to my query.
AY system indicates for days Status = Delivered, however Post.NL site indicates for the same days, Product = Not Received
AboutYou must drastically improve their operation and IT-system to come even close to its competitors Amazon, Zalando

I ordered an item on 24th, and they claimed it delivered 28-29th. During that period, i kept checking my order status online but it always stated “ in Bearbeitung“ and the status remained unchanged until today. I wrote an email on 29th to them but only automatic email is received. Until today, I sent another email and said if the order has not been shipped i would rather cancel it, and then they responsed to me that the order is not deliverable because the item is all sold out and the inventory couldn’t update so I could still make the purchase at that time. they didn’t give me any additional information whether they will ship the order once they have the item again or I can have a refund. Never again

I have also ordered something from aboutyou.de in 23.11.2018 during black Friday but till today 08.12.2018 i have not got it. Unfortunately, calling the customer service service has not helped me yet and they told me I can not even cancel my order !!!!!!
I will never try to order from this website again.

So far I had good experience ... regarding delivery appointments from About you. But then comes BLACK FRIDAY orders.
I ordered 5 articles on Saturday with the status that it will come maximum by today .I took off from office to have them too.
But today I have not received anything so far.
I had ordered gifts for family and I am flying on 30th November :(
I requested to Kundenservice if they could try to connect to someone who could direct the team to give it to Hermes latest maybe by today so that I could get it maximum tomorrow but the answer always 'Tut mir Leid'.Nobody helps on Kundenservice even on request to them to please try and help.
I am now scared if I could get my parcels otherwise I will have to return everything back.
It really annoying!!
You will definately loose a customer if I would not receive my order till today or maximum by tomorrow. :(

I do a lot of online shopping and this was by far the worse experience to date. I received 5 parcels for one small order?! Items were ripped, bad quality and not as described on the website. The service hotline staff were unfriendly and useless. I've been waiting for a refund for almost two weeks...
