Costumer service is useless! I tried to book by phone, because the website wouldn't let me, and he insisted that I should pay a service charge for booking via phone. Besides that the guy from the call center didn't understand me (i speak perfect danish), and he couldn't pronounce letters right (try to let him now what your 16 letter email prefix is, one letter at the time), and he sounded frustrated and angry.
I travelled with the company before, and service is no priority, but they get you there for a fair price. As long ss you can avoid costumer service outside their website, it's okay, but they are not there for good service.

I used this bus company several times, and every time has been great. Also thanks to the almost non existent competition from DSB, of course.
I even lost my mobile phone one time, while travelling with them. But it was no problem, after a few days I contacted the company, and one of the bus drivers had found it, and it was send back to me immediately.
Besides that, if you look at the price, this bus company has a lot to offer when it comes to service and transport.
I would very warmly recommend this company to anyone.
