I booked a number on 11/27/2020. Received daily September 12,2020 but still not available 2 days later. It has been more than 2 weeks but the goods have not been delivered to customers, the transit time is too poor and for a long time. That makes customers really annoyed by not arriving on time

Great fast service Horrible Always professional and extremely helpful managed to get my return label and my $$ dollar back quality and took forever to get here. Bought three shirts, all size Large & they wouldn’t fit an 8-year-old kid. Now they expect me to pay to ship them back to China .dress which were supposed to be silk but have tags that clearly says Rayon I received one which does not fit and is not sanitary. It was rolled up into a ball and stuck in an envelope, no covering Inaccurate sizing. Untrue fabric labeling was swimming in all the tops. They were way to big I’ve been attempting to return.i went on the google internet and i found this number which was i do the research about company and i found this number which was+1---Eight four five seven Nine five 3 zero nine NINE - I contacted them when my line was connected with customer service agent they help to send this item back for a refund after waited 30 minute i got my money refunded from them helped me very quickly.customer service was excellent

In the last 4 weeks I have ordered $500 dollars worth of clothes and a few of these items have been delivered used, dirty, loose threading and 1 missing item. When I called and brought that up, they told me I can't buy their clothes anymore online. Are they serious? They are out of their minds. The shirts threads are all coming loose. They are forming holes all over. Is that my fault? I will return everything and I purchased and shop at a different store... there's a lot of stores. Lol. The clothes at A&F are terrible, cheap quality and very high prices. It's not 2004 anymore... where A&F was in style. They don't even spray their clothes anymore and the clothes in store look hideous.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They shipped me the wrong item TWICE. The first time, they sent me the wrong size of skirt and I simply asked for reshipment. I received the reshipment and it was a pair of JEANS instead of a yellow midi skirt. I have been requesting a refund for weeks now. I was told it would be in my account in 5-7 days. After 7 days, I reached out again because I had never received a refund confirmation e-mail and have not seen the funds in the bank account. They got back to me saying, it was never processed because it needs to be transferred to another department and I would get a follow-up in UP TO 2 days. 5 days later... still nothing so I have e-mailed once again and have yet to hear. I did not receive the product I paid for and they seem to be refusing the refund me. This should be deemed as theft in my opinion. I have asked to speak to a supervisor numerous times and have been ignored. Although, this used to be one of my favourite stores, I will NEVER shop here again. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Awesome products and quality, fantastic customer service best I've experienced during lockdown, quick responses on chat group and hassle free.
Can be seemed expensive however the quality in there products is worth it !!
I do shop the sale items alot as good value for money and 3 for on boxers they are very comfortable and better than the market leaders ....would be good if you could leave reviews on products so you can see positives and peoples reviews on good bad and ugly

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Been ignored for weeks via email, disconnected on chat and hung up on by minimum wage customer service reps who don't care for their job or their customers. I've worked minimum wage customer services jobs and I've never done that. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. They don't care about their customers.

I have shopped there on a couple occasions. Great quality of clothes, the customer service is amazing and delivery is also fast. The clothes that come are exactly as the pictures, and they often have sales so you don't have to spend a ton to get trendy, pretty and good quality clothes.

Awful experience ever! After talking to the customer service representative numerous times trying to figure out why my order was cancelled after resending it 4 times, only after they verified everything was correct from billing information to address,etc,,,and them telling me that they will resend it back to the resolution personal and they will respond back in the next 48 hours. Then they offered me a 20% off coupon to use on my next order. Really, if that’s going to make things better when I can’t even order anything from them! I expressed how frustrated this whole experience has left me feeling! To make this situation even more frustrating is the fact that I am still waiting for the resolution person to get back to me via email as I was told that they don’t use a live person to deal with any of the issues!

I still love a&f. They are stylish without sacrificing quality. Their cologne is still iconic. What is it about a hoodie with fierce that is so sensual yet comforting? I appreciate a retailer who offers biodegradable materials such as wool and cotton, as it's getting harder to find these days. They carry extensive sizes, including petite and tall, whilst managing to remain affordable. I am able to shop for both myself and my significant other. I have been a patron of fast fashion brands before and they are gimmicky. I noticed in all negative reviews, it's mainly concerning a return shipping fee (shipping carriers are not free), this is common no matter where you shop online. I'm always happy with my merchandise, product representation, and consistent sizing. I still love A&F. Foreeverrr.

If you're returning an order, there's a $7 return fee. It really should be waived especially during COVID times. It also takes FOREVER to get a return label. I went through the return process online and it has been four days and I still have not received my return label. Their chat service is not consistent. I've tried chatting four times, and have been given four different answers.
Do not recommend.

I do like the clothes but I am now returning two items because one is too small and the other item the colour does not appear to be the same as what I saw online. I am being charged £9 for this so I do not intend ordering from this company again. Very disappointing

I love A&F clothes, and have ordered online before. Usually I don’t send anything back but this time the shirt did not look like it did in the photo. I was going about the online returns process and then found out that it would be £9 to return!! I’m really disappointed. I was planning on returning it and maybe treating myself to something else but I will not be buying online from them again. I’m shocked by the fact that A&F think that is acceptable to charge £9 for returns. I don’t live anywhere near a shop, so it looks like that’s the end of my being an A&F customer.

This is about the worse customer experience I’ve ever had. You enter the store and no one greets you, even when you ask for help it’s lackluster. It’s if you are begging to spend your money with them. Nothing like their counterparts in Holister. They are always happy to greet and assist. Maybe management should ask the Holister training department to help them out.

I am so disappointed at the lack of help from this company. This is such poor customer service. I have been sent on a wild goose chance simply to have an address changed. This was a gift for my 11 year old daughters birthday! I will never order from this company again and am disgusted at the lack of customer service and help in regards to this matter. As an international buyer I have struggled to even get anyone to answer the phone at your company , had several conversations with the courier who always refers me back to you who then refer me back to the courier . I find this whole process a disgrace.

I received a cardigan that looked great online, however when I received this, it was such poor quality! The threads were hanging out and it cost £59! I returned this to the address on the package via parcel to go, as their return shipping was expensive and they never refunded me. Completely shocking. I would rate this 0 stars if possible. Do not order from Abercrombie & Fitch!!!

Ordered an item in the size their sizing guide advised, which was way too large! I paid £10 for next day delivery as otherwise it would of arrived too late for the occasion I wanted it for. Now they want to charge me £9 to return! Disgusting! £19 for nothing! I will not be purchasing anything from Abercrombie & Fitch again!
* UPDATE REVIEW! After calling Abercrombie and Fitch and explaining that I ordered something on their size guidance and it’s not as described.
They have waived their return fee and refunded me my £10 delivery charge.
Very pleased with how my complaint was handled so I have raised my 1* to a 5*

My experience with Abercrombie & Fitch was terrible. My granddaughter and I placed orders that were confirmed, then cancelled as "Unable to Fulfill." No reason why. I called them and couldn't get a reason. Their clothing quality is great; my granddaughters love them because of the fit. But, my advice to anyone dealing with them and Hollister is to go into the store. Don't place any orders online because you run the risk of having the same nonsense happen that happened to me and my granddaughter. I am truly disappointed and won't even buy from their retail stores. I see why they are closing stores.
