OMG - the best! Customer service like you never see anymore. Ben walked me through how to fix a small piece in the garage and how to program my garage door opener so I could do it myself in the future and not have to call them. Very patient and kind. Our garage door stopped working. I was able to set up an appointment quite easily through the Rockville office. Sean was on time and very pleasant. He was able to very quickly assess and fix the problem. I was very impressed with his service and the overall experience with ABC!

We are disappointed by ABC Garage Door Repair company administration’s demeanors. We called this company to check on a remote operating get opener. The service man spent between 10 to 15 minuets and recommend replacing the garage opener motor.
First of all, the motor was repairable, second, the company charged $79 for the service call and $140.00 for labor, the time which they spent 10 to 15 minuets just to stop at the job site. We appealed to the office that the charge was excessive and tried to negotiate and pay at least for the half an hour of the service man’s time. We assumed that they would be reasonable to settle for a reasonable amount and we sent them the $149.00. It is very troubling to hear what they did, instead of negotiating for the payment, they sent for a collection agency to collect the remaining balance of $70.00. We are disappointed because we did not anticipate such unacceptable action from a company which prides itself as a five stars service provider. We are very disappointed and we had expected a better service than harassing customer to a collection agency while we were negotiating for reasonable charge on their side. Of course we rated this company based on the service we received. We have no personal vendettas against ABC Garage Repair.

ABC did a great job servicing our garage door and providing maintenance. We use them every time we have an issue

Garage door mechanism broke on a Sunday. Door was askew and could not be manually raised and cars were stuck inside. They were able to send someone within 2 hours and repair it. Work was first rate.

The appointment was easy to schedule at a convenient time for me, and Sean quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem that same day.
