Dreadful customer support. Not in the least interested if there is a problem with the Freestyle Libre device. Device is not accurate, gives false readings and the inaccurate results can cause unnecessary and potentially dangerous reactions.

My last three Freestyle sensors have either not worked (i.e. not picked up by the reader on initial application), been significantly out in relation to an actual blood test, or have fallen off early (Despite following the instructions to the letter, and trying everything from applying medical alcohol to wrapping tape around my arm). This is during normal use by the way. I'm not climbing the Eiger or doing 12 rounds with Anthony Joshua!
At £50 a sensor, definitly not value for money. I have found that the quality of the product has decreased in the last 3-4 months.
I know its more of a faff, but stick with the blood sugar testing. Its accurate and won't cost you a small fortune in erratic sensor reading.
Finally, I have returned every faulty sensor to Abbott, but never had any feedback as to why they didn't work in the first place?

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. METERS ARE FAULTY AND DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. CUSTOMER CARE STRUGGLE TO TAKE COMPLAINTS. TAKES TWO DAYS FOR A MANAGER TO CALL BACK WHICH IS DISGUSTING CONSIDERING I AM TYPE 1 DIABETIC AND WITHOUT A GLUCOSE MONITORING SYSTEM.
DIABTICS NEED RELIABLE PRODUCTS AND THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RELIABLE BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. STICK WITH THE TRADITIONAL MEANS OF BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITORING.
