Order placed 2 weeks ago. No status updates. Emailed looking for an update and my support case was not replied to. Avoid this farsical company and order elsewhere, I’ve requested a PayPal refund which, as expected, they’ve not replied to.

I ordered a Husqvarna lawn aerator on the 20th Feb 2018, and finally received it on 13th March 2018 (although a different make); after several phone calls and emails.
Beware their email communication doesn't work, or they just don't want to answer them. I sent five emails to their various email addresses and received no response to any!! Only telephone if you want answers.
I would not use this company again or recommend them - Sorry.

Very prompt service. Using the new chain saw blade was a pleasure- cutting logs was like slicing through cheese. My log store is now full and the wood drying nicely. Bring on the winter!

Slow to despatch but item was posted first-class on the same day I queried the despatch. Otherwise good.
In response to your reply below, and from a customer's point of view.......
if you're advertising an item for sale it should be available from stock unless you make it abundantly clear that you'll have to order it in. Consequently good customer service dictates that you despatch as soon as possible after order receipt.
