I WAS CONTACTED BY CELL PHONE, BY SOMEONE FROM ABBEY FINANCIAL, SAYING I MET THE REQUIRMENTS FOR A $30,000 PERSONAL LOAN. THIS WAS DECEMBER 1ST 2017, I LAUGHED IN THE PHONE AT THE PERSON ON THE OTHER END, I SAID OK GIVE IT TO ME. THIS GUY NAME CALVIN WAS THE FIRST PERSON I SPOKE WITH, HE TOLD ME ALL I HAD TO DO WAS SEND BANK STATEMENT ,CHECK STUB, AND UTILITY BILL. ONCE THEY RECEIVE THAT ,I WOULD BE NOTIFIED ON HOW TO PROCEDE. WELL I WAITED ABOUT A WEEK, BECAUSE I KNEW BETTER THEN TO GIVE OUT MY INFORMATION LIKE THAT, BUT THERE' S SO MANY THINGS I COULD DO WITH THAT MONEY, BEING SO OVERWHELMED WITH BILLS AND CREDIT CARD DEBT AND TRYING TO GET MY BUSINESS GOING, I DID IT. WITH SUCH A LOW INTEREST RATE I SAID OF COURSE, I KNOW, TO GOOD TO BE TRUE , WITH A CREDIT SCORE LIKE MINE. DESPERATE! ANYWAY, THEY SENT ME OUT THE POWER OF ATTORNEY APPLICATION ALONG WITH A PROMISSORY NOTE, THAT I WAS TO SIGN AND SEND BACK WITH A CASHIERS CKECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $509.00 TO COVER THE ATTORNEY FEES, WHICH WOULD BE REFUNDABLE IF I DIDN'T GET THE LOAN. THAT DID IT, WHAT DO YOU MEAN IF I DIDN'T GET APPROVED FROM LLOYDS INVESTMENT GROUP. SO, I GO TO THE REVEIWS SECTION OF THE COMPANY AND THERE IT WAS, A YOUNG LADY IN NOVEMBER 2017 HAD POSTED , SHE HAD JUST WENT THRU THE SAME THING WITH THE SAME NAMES, SAME TRANSACTION THEY WANTED ME TO MAKE. I WAS SHOCKED, I FEEL SORRY FOR HER BECAUSE, SHE GAVE THEM $8600.00 BEFORE SHE RECOGNIZED THEY WERE RIPPING HER OFF. I WAS ABOUT TO GO GET A CASHIERS CHECK FOR THEM THE FOLLOWING DAY. SO THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEW SECTION. THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL...

I was called through my cellphone by a lady from Abbey Financials offering me a loan with a minimum of $30,000 with an APR of 2-4% payable for 5 or 6 years, regardless of credit score taking some personal information . I told her that I think it over. Then after awhile another guy from same business called and saying the same thing which I believed more knowledgeable and more persuasive to convince me. The following day a guy introducing himself as Roger Smith as Account Manager from the Account Dept of same business company(Abbey Financials) told me that the persons who called me earlier were from the Application Dept. He told me to submit the following documents namely: 3 latest Bank Statement, 2 Pay check stubs and any Credit Card Statement. This happened more or less on October between October 22-24, 2017. After submitting these through email, I was called by Roger through my cellphone informing me that he sent Promissory Note and Invoice Letter signed by James L. McCoy through my email to sign them and send back to Abbey Financials dated October 25,2017. In the Promissory Note I was instructed to pay $514 as Attorney's Fee. With the fee I thought of not to proceed with my loan but Roger Smith called me that this is required for the processing of the documents. He gave me 5 days to decide. With his insistence I finally submitted to pay the amount and I was instructed to generate a Cashier's Check in favor of Dolphin Solutions LLC with address:601 South Figueroa St. Ste 4050 Los Angeles CA ,90017 which was sent Out. 31,2017. On Nov 6, 2017 I received an email of my Approved Loan Application dated Nov. 4, 2017 signed by Adam Hoffman for my signature and sentvit back to them which I did but I was asked to pay the Amount of $900 in the form of Cashier's Check dated Nov. 8, 2017 as Closing Fee which is refundable according to them. Since it was refundable I agreed. On November 14, 2017 a guy from LlyodsFinacials, the Lender told me to prove that I have the capacity to pay required me to send The equivalent of 6 months amortization/payment ($532/mo.) amounting to $3,192 as a Security Authenticatication which was refundable too. So an email was sent with the heading Assurance Letter signed by James McCoy. The Cashier's Check dated Nov. 14,2017. In this Letter it was stated that once they received the Check they Will disburse the loan amount of $30, 000 and the $3,192 within 24 hours. But instead of disbursing the said amount another guy from the Insurance Dept. required me to pay a premium of $699 as my insurance in case something happens to me which was not refundable. Again I sent another Cashier's Check with this amount dated Nov 29,2017. Then again they required me to pay $695 as Tax as required by IRS. Hector Duncan from the funding was the guy to let me pay this amount. Then Roger Smith from the Account Dept. called me that they can not go through my Bank Account so he told me to send my Loan and refundables amounting to 35,291 in the form of Cashier's Check and someone from Connecticut will bring the Cashier's Check to my physical address but he will send me an Activation Code for the Check and give him back to him this activation code which I did but the guy who received the activation code was Hector Duncan instead of Roger but again he required me to send another Cashier's Check of $835 as Activation charge before my Loan Check be delivered to me by someone from Connecticut. An email was sent as Commitment Letter dated Dec.4, 2017. I sent the amount hoping that my Loan and refundables be finally delivered but no one came as Hector told me. So I called Hector but according to Jason Martin from the Communication Dept. he was busy. I informed Jason that the person whom Hector told me to come and delivery the check did not call and come. Jason went back to Hector and after awhile came back and informed me that the Check will be delivered through UPS insteadnthe following day that was yesterday Dec. 7 but until now I have receive nothing. This was the story of how Abbey Financials through their people scammed me. Note: the 6 Cashier's Check's that I sent 3 were in the name of Fullerton Solutions LLC located at 8 The Green Ste 5503 Dover DE 19901 and 3 in the name of Dolphin Solutions LLC at Los Angeles CA

Abbey Financials LLC approved a loan of $30,000 to pay off all my credit cards and a three-year loan through Lending Club. My credit rating had decreased because I had been extending financial help to two family members. Although I have not missed or been late on any payments since a bankruptcy in 2008, I was denied every loan application except the one from Abbey Financials. Before they approved my loan, then I was informed I needed to provide a Cashiers Check to Fullerton Solutions for $519 to cover attorney fee and file packaging, for which I signed a Promissory Note (attached) dated 11/07/2017. Then when the loan was approved, I was sent a five-page document outlining the terms of the loan dated 11/13/2017.
I signed and returned the document to Abbey Financials, in which total closing cost of $600 was noted among other relevant data about the loan. I assumed the closing cost would be rolled into the loan, but learned afterward that again I was to send another Cashier Check to Fullerton Financials for $600 (attached). Both cashier checks were required to be sent by Priority Mail (overnight delivery) to Fullerton Solutions LLC at 8 The Green Ste 5503, Dover, DE 19901 with their verbal agreement to reimburse me for the USPS cost ($23.75 each). The signature of the Loan Approval (page 5) names the company Abbey Financials US LLC signature on behalf of Lloyds Investors Group (for whom I have had no personal contact that I am aware of).
