I have used this company in the past but despite the Covid issues affecting businesses, the customer service has been horrible. They can not be reached by phone and the response time is poor. I have contacted them 11 times since my purchase March 11 and still have no product and refer to a single name stool when I ordered two as gifts. Other companies sell these too so try Personal Creations instead.

I was excited to get these "organic cotton" sheets for my infant, mainly because he has extremely sensitive skin that's prone to heat rashes and eczema. My first impression when I first opened it: Wow, excellent quality, and, most importantly soft for my precious baby.
Such a great value for the price!

I inquired for a custom mattress and didn't hear back for days then reached out again to order and the same thing happened: silence for days. That should have probably given me pause.
I finally got my order placed on the phone only to be left with basically no information on materials and ship date.
When I inquired about it - again crickets.
I finally got notified that my order has shipped. The so called mattrass' is a piece of foam sewn in a plastic cover !!!
Since it was a custom size I'll be stuck with it, but I hope this review is helpful to everyone considering giving their business to aBaby.com. My recommendation: Go elsewhere!!!

I have bought kids step stools previously from aBaby.com. I am quite satisfied with the quality of the step stool and also the packaging and delivery. However, it's great only if you get it with a discount. A must visit for new moms or dads who are looking for inexpensive baby shopping places online.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH aBaby!!! I ordered my daughter's entire collection via their website, and i'm glad i did. Their customer service representatives were very helpful and efficient! The items i received (custom mattresses, sheets, wall decals, a custom bassinet, and personalized blanket) were all shipped exactly on time and are of great quality. A customer service representative even custom colored my older daughter's name on a chair we bought, since my daughter wanted a specific color! I would definitely recommend aBaby to anyone out their looking for a comfortable shopping experience!

I ordered 2 blankets for my twin nephews. I asked for personalization and a custom design. The customer service representative was very helpful and friendly. My sister was thrilled to receive this beautiful gift. Great experience.

Unlike a lot of the reviews, i am pleased with the product i ordered. I ordered the Meadow 4-in-1 Convertible Crib and it looks just like the picture and VERY sturdy and beautiful.
It is very easy to install! Took my husband just 30 mins to put the crib together! And the best part is it is a convertible crib and can be easily converted into toddler bed as well.
Only con is that it took 3 months to arrive at my door step, but totally worth a wait!!

I order a Fire truck crib bedding for my baby boy back on 12/30/2015!!! During the purchase I was informed that my order would not ship until 2 to 3 weeks from the confirmed order date. Well needless to say it is 01/27/2016, 4 weeks since my purchase and my order STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. It's coming from a warehouse in Texas. I am livid. I have been in touch with a baby.com customer service reps via email and phone since 01/07/2016. At first they reminded me that they had until the 3rd week to ship my product out. Well I just got off the phone with them and the rep told me it will ship out tomorrow sorry for the delay. Me response was that I called two days prior and the lady said the same exact thing. No amount of discounts, apologies, etc. will keep me wanting to do business with this retail. I have a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Retail Marketing and I've been in the Fashion industry for over 10 years!!!. Not to mention I am a merchandise allocator for a MAJOR fashion corporation!!! Therefore, I know what the heck I'm talking about, how a business should be ran, and how to provide PROPER notification if their is an issue with an order. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I do not want any one else from ababy.com to contact me, PERIOD!!!!!!!! Now I have to move along and leave a review on every website that ababy.com is connected to

Terrible company! I ordered a dresser and weeks later was notified it was on back order after I contacted them. After months of waiting, I got the dresser. However, the actual color of the dresser was a dark wood, when the pictures of the dresser online are a light wood. I had to pay 100 dollars to have it shipped back. I'm now 500 dollars into this dresser and have yet to get any refund after 13 days that the return package has been signed for at the company. The customer service says I'm out a 20% restocking fee and the 100 I had to pay to have it shipped back. So I'm essentially waisting 180 for nothing. It's not my fault the website pictures do not reflect the actual product. Plus, I'm still waiting on a refund for the rest! I've contacted pessy at costumer services. She said yesterday that I would see the refund to my account shortly... Still no refund!

Buyer Beware! This company does bad business and has poor customer service. I contacted the company upon discovering they sent me an incomplete order and a broken babybay maxi cot ( co-sleeper) via ababy.com . For over a month they gave me the run around and passed me from representative to representative, and even the babybay maxi cot designer, with no real intentions of helping me to effectively address or resolve the issue. If you are interested in buying an item from this company, my recommendation is to save yourself a headache and buy a similar or same item from another company that sells the item. If you are brave enough to purchase from A Baby and they bs you with the run around,should you receive an incomplete or defective order. I recommend foregoing giving the company the courtesy of rectifying the issue and just dispute a claim with your credit card company to get your money back. If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. I am so frustrated and disgusted by their unethical practices and regret the day I spent $500+ with this business. Spend your money elsewhere! You will be glad you did! It should not take a month plus of saccharine sweet but insincere exchanges via phone and emails to fix an issue that is clearly the company's fault! To be clear, ababy.com has not yet adequately addressed this issue properly. I hope this review spares somebody the nightmare of having to attempt to resolve anything with ababy.com . Update: After several weeks of exchanges, a the company did refund my money.

I ordered an item in February 2014. I paid via paypal and Ababy.com had the funds the next day. It is now mid-june 2014, almost 16 weeks later, and I have not received my order. Ababy.com does not have good customer service. They take forever to answer the phone and do not return calls as promised. They take days to respond to emails. In my case, they claim my item is a custom item that has been delayed due to a backlog with their "designer." However, the item is listed as available in 6-8 weeks. It's been 16 weeks. Moreover, the item I ordered is not even a custom item, its a standard item listed on their website that was not customized or personalized, its even available on other websites! Even if it were a custom item, it is unreasonable that it would take 16 weeks. Ababy.com has refused to give me a discount for these delays or even to have the "designer" expedite my order. Moreover, Ababy.com has twice told me that they will be shipping my order within a week and I never receive a shipment confirmation. The first time was in May 2014, then another 3 weeks went by until I received another email telling me that the order would ship by the end of that week. I guess they forgot they already told me that line before. After my dealings with them I went online and saw other reviews and complaints with the BBB that Ababy.com has done this exact same thing to other customers. Don't order from this store- they refused to give me a refund. I wish I never gave them my business or my money.
