Agreed on the fees £1000 for ILR application only, but made me pay another £200 to collect my documents at the end. Their trick is not to give you an invoice so they can increase the fees at the end of your case same like in mine. My mistake was not to ask for invoice for the service at the very beginning and this caused the total amount to pay £1200 instead of agreed £1000.
They listen to you and are helpful only until they gets the money out of you then would barely look at your message or will answer 1 out of your 10 calls made.
On submission of my documents, the Home Office sent a letter to show to new employers for any new job application. Palwasha of AA Immigration informed me by phone the receipt of this letter but when I asked her to send the letter to me by post, she totally ignored my messages for almost three months despite contacting them twice for the same reason and finally got it with my other documents at the end. One star is way too much for the headache she gave me... Stay away as far as you can unless you want the same headache..
