Very convenient process over all. Two things were frustrating I responded to the first call and while I was on the phone with the agent there were ( other calls calling me from your company at the same time which was very very annoying. The last this was the three way call with my bank and how short the agent was with my bank they are there to protect me and was unsure at first about what was happening so maybe a different approach may have been better.

I had to wait for 2 days to receive my loan but it was a long process! It took all day and i think they could have released the loan the same business day! Next time try shorting the time it take to process the loan! The customer service part was great with the second agent I talk to who finished my loan.
