All fine with the exception of the replacement of the spare tyre under the car. Was put on upside down and was therefore only inches off the ground. Did not expect to have to check and didn't so when going over a speed hump later that day had an horrendous stretching noise. With no place to pull over this had to happen several times. Then had to go to the hassle of taking the wheel down and turning it over myself which wearing a suit for a business dinner was not ideal!

I was initially disappointed that my fitting had to be rescheduled due to a resignation on the day but my appointment was rescheduled and I was very pleased with the efficiency, friendliness and quickness of the mechanic. I would happily recommend AA to my friends and family.

First time customer with AA tyres such a handy service. Friendly staff... i felt so respected all staff kept addressing as "SIR". They were prompt and any changes I was well informed and updated at all times. They are a very flexible service. I dont think I will ever go back to garage to get my tyres changed.

Tyre fitter was really helpful and friendly. Would have been given a five star rating but because the wrong tyres were given to the fitter he had to go and get the right size for my car which cost him time and i had to wait until he come back but finished quickly and really helpful.

Easily arranged to have tyres changed at workplace. I was contacted first thing in the morning to tell me approximately what time they were coming and they were on time. Would definitely use this service again. No more hanging around at the Tyre garage on a Saturday morning!

A really good service. I'd advise anyone living in London or with a narrow road to check whether their vans can fit through the road. I have a narrow street with gate access and the van was too big to clear it. However the fitter worked hard to make it work and got the job done.
