I purchased various things, from eye masks to vacuum cleaner. Everything arrived on time. Really suggested. They have very fast delivery to selling products. The customer care is very nice! Highly recommended. I do find the reviews and ratings very helpful service. Also if you can earn some good points, that's added bonus.

Initial concerns on Mi watch color
Looked like the app would not work when first arrived and was ready to send back but email response was excellent and advised on how to load the app by setting region to China rather than UK.
Not ideal but it all works and in english. I am sure a further UK app will appear at some time.

Package arrived in great condition, very well packed. Just started to use the device but no issues and very quick setup. Good company with prompt replies to any questions/ concerns. Would have no problem buying from them again.

Paid for the item, never received it..
I bought a Xiaomi MI band on this store. All was going normal, payment was done and item was shipped.
However, at some point, the tracking id started showing that something went wrong.
I called the courier and they told me that the package had been lost and the store had already been contacted about it.
Then I sent an email to the store and the nightmare started.
A total of more than 30 emails were exchanged over 2 months. In the beginning the store said they would send a 2nd delivery. But that never happened. All the times I asked for the tracking id of the 2nd delivery, they tried to deceive me, showing the tracking id of the 1st one. They did all the kind of things to let the time pass and forcing me to quit. They talk about covid (when there were no restrictions anymore in my country). Then they tell me to keep waiting (when the tracking id clearly shows the item won't arrive). Then they pretend not knowing the order number (asked for it more than 10 times, while it was always present on the same email). Other times they said they were investigating it. Other times that the reship was done.. It went into a never ending loop where they go through the same answers over and over again.

I know (by reading the other reviews) that they will try to reply to this one saying some lie, but just to prove my case, here is the tracking id for the lost item:

All very good, but packing could have been a litle better. No damage to products but to cartons (not to bad).

Ordered 3 items separately and 3 of the items arrived between 8-12 days to Ireland and items were 100% perfect.

The seller says to deliver quickly but the tracking number he provides was active only after 10 days from the purchase but the most serious thing is that he does not take responsibility for the defective goods he sold me. The drone was defective from the first start but he insisted on having me repeat and double check the setup procedures until I was bored and when I sent him the video showing the problem, he began by letting me try again by having me install another App despite it. I warned that the drone could have been damaged because it did not respond to commands ... only when, due to its inexperience and negligence, the drone was lost, did it accept the return and opened a dispute on PayPal.
The above is all evidenced by the emails exchanged with this incorrect seller!

Il drone è risultato difettoso dalla prima accensione ma lui ha insistito a farmi ripetere e ricontrollare le procedure di setup fino alla noia e quando gli ho mandato il filmato dove si evinceva il problema, ha esordito col farmi riprovare facendomi installare un'altra App nonostante lo avessi avvisato che il drone si sarebbe potuto danneggiare perché non rispondeva ai comandi...solo quando, per sua imperizia e negligenza, il drone è andato perso ne ha accettato la restituzione ed ha aperto una contestazione su PayPal.
