This is a scam company, this guy sells it from UK, hence I trusted and bought a watch worth £89, after a week it turned out to be faulty. I sent him the video and he asked me to return it to factory in China and mentioned to use low value on post. Buying it from UK and returning it to China, I was wondering why but I posted it with standard post anyway and sent him package & receipt photos. After 3 weeks of repeated follow up, he tells me that item is not received and that I should have used tracking number postal service instead which he obviously didn't mention at the time of return. Later he asked me to read the terms and conditions. Don't buy from this person, selling in UK and asking to return to China itself is fishy. Later I figured there are other people with same experience as mine.

Using It from some time now, always helpful when matter arising (once in a dozen ordeds)

I have just conducted a transaction with this company. Unfortunately the product I purchased did not not work correctly in the UK as it was locked. However this is a thoroughly reputable company as I sent the item back to Hong Kong and they refunded me with NO FUSS. They also reimbursed me for the shipping cost to send the item back. I bought the Xiaomi speaker. The seller fast replied, Helpful customer service and the best price for the products on the internet. Fast shipping. Shipment prices could be a bit more competitive but great service overall. Good experience and recommend. Plan to order another one item.

I was swayed by the reviews on here and wish I hadn't bothered. Notice how most reviews only have 1 review. Seems a bit convenient to me. Google the real name of the company which is HUI FAI COMPUTER. CO. Not VAT registered and they do not ship from the UK. They ship the item in from Hong Kong and then ship it on from their warehouse. It is set up this way to give the illusion of actually being a UK item and actually shipped from the UK.

Ordered November 8th. Shipped November 9th. Another shipment email on November 11 which didn't track until late November 15th. Don't be fooled by their site though, they do actually ship from China to a warehouse in Manchester and then ship it from there. All for the illusion of it being from the UK.

Although it was supposed to be sealed it had clearly been opened. The router I bought says all over that it is only available in the Chinese Mainlaind, Hong Kong and Macao. It came with a foreign plug and a cheap adapter marked "For Export Only". There was also a printed manual (that they had put it, not the original Chinese manual) that says that there is no password on the router. There is a password on the router and they wont give it to me. Obviously it has been opened to put the adapter in and to supposedly take the password off.

I did email them and was told to return it or buy a sim unlock code from a dodgy site for $65. No offer of the password for the router. I emailed again asking for the router password and was asked if I had the sim unlock code. I asked to return it and suddenly he can offer the unlock code. I refused as I wanted the wifi password. There was another offer of a partial refund so I could get the unlock code. All I ever asked for was the password for the wifi and they cannot provide that. It did turn out the unlocked router I bought was in fact locked, and they know this when they sell it.

I asked for a label to return it and he said he can only refund after I had sent it back. We all know that that they have zero intention of actually refunding my shipping cost. I've been told several times that once the unlock code is used the router will be fine. The fact that I still don't know that wifi password makes me think otherwise.

I found out the reason my router had a password on it was because it had been used. Once I had done a reset the password disappeared.

Be wary too. They may ship from the UK to give the illusion that you will be getting a proper product and not a cheap Chinese import but you will be getting the cheap Chinese import with no valid warranty. You will also have to return the item to Hong Kong at your expense. All of this is to deter you from returning items. THE most dishonest company I have encountered.

Had to open a case with PayPal in the end.

They also flag any review that isn't positive which shows just how poor of a company they are. My review has been flagged twice now and there hasn't been an issue with it. An honest company wouldn't be as deceptive as I have found them to be.

A1smartshop is a company that places quality, good craftsmanship, and a reliable customer support experience above all else. Online, electronics can often be cheap and low quality. However, A1smartshop brings in tested audio products, wearables, and so much else. I've bought 7 products from them over the few years and they have all withstood the test of time and daily wear.
