Great variety of designs and great responsiveness by the designers to desired revisions. They gave a much better variety of designs than a single firm and did revisions very quickly. I'm very happy with the result.

Super happy with the results. I recommend having an idea on what your logo or whatever would like to look. The designers work way better when you have the colors and the theme picked out. That way you can attract more designers. I'm giving it 5 stars because I got 17 different contestants and received over 200 proposals. Way more than if I would have gone to just one person.

We liked getting multiple ideas to help satisfy different team members. Putting each person's favorite image to a poll made the entire process much more diplomatic which resulted in faster results. Much less back and forth saved us so much time.

I launched a competition on 99designs to find a logo for my start-up company. As I could only really afford the entry level contest, the submitted designs were decent enough, if nothing exceptional. (Looking at higher valued competitions, you really do get more for your money if you can afford to put up more prize money). What was without question, however, was the quality and speed of service offered by 99designs - when I had a couple of minor issues they very quickly resolved them or gave me the support to resolve them myself.

99designs gives you an amazing choice. We received plenty of designers and design options for our challenge. This gave us a lot more to think about with what we really wanted from a design. Having worked one-on-one with many designers in the past, it's sometimes difficult to match your vision with theirs. With a plethora of designers and designs, you are far more likely to find a designer that gets your message.
Furthermore, their support team was very helpful.
I highly recommend 99designs.

Terrible designs, amateur crew, copying over each other. Support is horrendous. Would not recommend it for anyone.

this site is good for contestants who are just starting to step into the world of graphic contests, with all its conveniences, and many select contests.

As a first-time entrepreneur, I had no idea how to approach getting my logo and brand design. The variety of quality designers I was connected with through 99Designs helped me figure out my vision and all at an affordable price. I'm happy with my final result! It was a hard choice, which is a good problem to have!

My designer was amazing. She quickly adjusted to new ideas and suggestions. She came up with beautiful designs. Ultimately, with feedback on all the different options she came up with, she produced something far better than I ever expected. Beautiful. I couldn't be happier. Every time someone sees my logo they say "wow".

Honestly, It's great. I can use my design skills to express my creativity and also earn some money. The site is simple to use and just after a few seconds of using it you can already start participating in a contest.

99 Designs was awesome to work with, all designs submitted were relevant and once it came to the finals it was hard to choose. The designer I worked with was incredibly responsive and listened to my requests. It was overall a very satisfying experience to work through them to design a logo for my coaching business! I'm happy with the work, the designer was very easy to work with and the whole process is very well thought out.

I signed up as a designer on 99designs to pick up some freelance work. I was excited by the quantity of contests and the ability to choose work that spoke to me in some way. I had entered a few competitions on the site (maybe 4 or 5), received 4 star ratings on a 2 of them and was shortlisted as a finalist in a third contest within the first 8 days. On the 9th day—while competing as a finalist in one contest and corresponding with the clients in the other 2 competitions where I had received 4 stars—I received an email from 99designs stating that my account had been put on hold for 30 days because my designs did not meet their quality standards. They also deleted my entries in all the contests I had entered except the one where I was already a finalist! Furious, I called their support for an explanation. I was told that someone from the design team would phone me. Instead I received another generic email from the design team, regurgitating the same nonsense about not meeting their quality standards. They again stated that my account was on hold for 30 days during which time I should “refine my skills”. As if that’s not ignorant enough, they then stated that I was welcome to apply to have my account reactivated during the next open application time in September. Since it was only April, my “30 day hold” is actually a 5 month suspension, after which I have to submit work for them to assess whether or not I meet their standards. No thank you! Since they aren’t even willing to tell me exactly how my work was falling short, what would be the point? Besides, when I was ahead in 3 out of the 5 contests I entered I fail to understand their logic. What a joke! To whomever is in charge of responding to this review, please spar me your cut and paste response about how you didn’t intend to demean me, the hold is not permanent and you encourage me to reapply...I’ve read it all a couple times now as it seems to be your standard reply.

Great designs by talented designers! My project was completed promptly with a final design that was beyond my expectations!

I have used this website for several designs in the past and to be honest it just keeps getting better. If you know or even if you don't know what you want, they allow you to have complete control of your design, but have amazing prompts to help you along the way. I knew that I wanted something more sophisticated and luxury but until I saw it I wouldn't have been able to tell someone what that looked like! 99 designs allowed me to receive lots of different interpretations of creativity and ultimately I fell in love with the very first design submitted. All the designers were polite and helpful and I appreciate all the work put in! Will use this website time and time again for sure!

When I had questions as to the process for designing my book cover, I made a phone call. 99designs people are extremely helpful and made me feel very important.
