So I got two pairs of beautiful strappy heels from them that looked really good. I ordered it from them and got them delivered to me within 9 days which was pretty fast. I love love the shoes, they looked so damn beautiful. It feels comfy wearing such big heels and I don't mind it at all as well. Happy with my purchase

I got a beautiful ivory dress from Whistles for a great price. I loved the quality of the material, it was a satin dress with a lace bodice and it looked absolutely beautiful. My husban loved it so much and I'm so grateful I purchased it from them. The dress made me feel like a princess

Paid for an order (10460775) and imagine my surprise when I received a delivery notification with nothing to show for it (no parcel, no proof of delivery). Whistles advised that Hermes couldn't contact the delivery driver. Now an investigation is underway for the parcel's location... but only upon conclusion of the investigation will I be refunded. How is this my problem? So Whistles hires a delivery company with a 1-star rating on Trustpilot and a history of bad deliveries, only to make it the customer's problem when items aren't delivered. In the meantime, they hold on to the customer's money and refuse refunds. This is equivalent to THEFT. Any other company would have issued a refund immediately.
As an aside - not surprising coming here and seeing Whistle's rating on Trustpilot. 1-star companies clearly affiliate with 1-star companies.

Unlike others I think the customer service is decent. But the quality of the clothes has plummeted, with clothes shrinking, even in a cool wash. The style has also really gone downhill. Too many items are frumpy and the cut is poor (apart from one pair of trousers that they’ve been doing for a couple of years)

Absolutely awful experience with online customer services. Whistles have gone seriously downhill in terms of both clothing quality and customer services (which used to be excellent). Do not order from them - faulty goods and then difficulty returning, without customer service staff taking into consideration you are classed as a vulnerable person in the middle of a pandemic. You have just lost a loyal customer. There are plenty of firms doing better quality at the same price point.

I love Whsitles - but they use Hermes as their courier, who seem to have a very unreliable tracking system. Notifications of confirmed deliveries are often sent before anything has been delivered, which causes worry and confusion. My latest parcel was eventually delivered by Hermes, but not until 2 days after their confirmation to me that it had been delivered. By which time I had wasted a lot of time trying to find out what had happened to it. Please encourage Hermes to update to a reliable system.

Having just purchased an item from Whistles for the first time, I was a little sceptical given the scathing reviews I had read on here. There were endless stories of poor services and items not arriving on time or refunds not being given.
I am pleased to say that my experience with Whistles was faultless, item order and dispatched within three working days and delivered by courier during the time frame provided. I am extremely impressed with the quality of product itself and also the level of service received from Whistles.
All too often people are quick to leave negative reviews so I wanted put this positive review out there!

I waited 6 weeks for a refund for items which was returned and received into their warehouse within 2 days (as per my tracking). I only actually managed to get my refund via paypal who investigated because the returns process must be a scam.
I'm actually relived I never have to deal with this company again...

TERRIBLE, The worst customer experience online ever.
I received my dress, and it was the most disappointing experience I had. The dress arrived with multiple defaults. One strap was lost, several stains overall the dress, a huge rIpped in the bottom, and with security alarm on it from John Lewis.

This is the second time I've returned an online order from Whistles and, as before, I've had to email multiple times to try and get my refund. It's been weeks, I've send proof of postage and haven't heard back. This may have been exacerbated by Covid-19 but, judging from my previous experience and the numerous bad reviews below, this is normal practice for the company. Lovely shops, but I wouldn't order online again.

Quality has plummeted in recent years. I have bought the majority of my wardrobe from Whistles for many years, but over the last 12-18 months the cut, material and finish on their clothes has deteriorated- it is now similar in quality to H&M (with VERY different price tags). It's dreadful and I can't shop here anymore.
(Online shopping at Whistles is also particularly bad- whenever I order online I always seem to receive 'seconds'- garments have loose threads or missing buttons, and in one case a dress was ripped!)

As an update to my order, I finally received it though very much late and after several emails from me chasing it up. They then had the cheek to send my order in two separate parcels even though it was known to be an international delivery meaning that I had to pay twice the import tax. Purely because of their incompetence. The order was delivered by the same delivery guy at the exact same time. Why couldn't they just put it in the same bag! So in short if you ever order online, NEVER do so internationally, and NEVER with a deadline. You will end up paying for their delivery as a standard and then at least £30 on top of their already expensive prices just for the incompetence of their delivery staff not managing to put an order together in order to send over seas. And of course it will also take forever to arrive.

Always had a really positive experience ordering from Whistles online and also buying in store. In the past when I received a faulty item the customer service team were quick to send out a replacement and got it resolved really quickly.

I returned my items 3-4 weeks ago and have had confirmation through royal mail that the item has been delivered - and yet no refund! I've sent 2 follow up emails including the tracking information, and called the customer line twice - I have had no reply. I'm such a loyal customer of whistles but this has completely put me off... it feels like a scam!

Placed an order on Wednesday evening for next day delivery, it was after 2pm when the order was placed, so I was expecting the delivery on Friday.
Friday came, no delivery. I emailed to query why i had not received my package. I was told that it had not been collected by the delivery driver, and to expect it by Monday.
Monday came, no delivery. Tried to email but got no reply.
Still no delivery today. No reply to multiple emails. The phone line keeps you on hold for 5mins then just cuts out.
I spent over £1000 on this order and the money has been taken but I have not received anything and can't get in touch with anyone. The website also won't allow package tracking.

I have been a loyal Whistles customer for a while now and sadly my recent experience was really disappointing. I have ordered a dress before 2pm and paid for next day delivery, as I had event to attend to and needed it quick. I received email confirmation straight away confirming my purchase and all seemed fine. However, next day I did not receive my dress and reached out to customer service. I was told that my order didn't get trough the main system (how?) and has not even been dispatched yet, but I was assured they are investigating it and treating it as a matter of urgency, also I should receive refund for the next day delivery I paid for. Fast forward, 5 days later- still no dress, no refund and money out of my account. For a brand like Whistles, you would expect more, especially when you pay for the service.

I have been trying to place an order for 3 days online. I have called twice and no-one in customer service seems to know why my cards are accepted, apparently they have changed to a new system and no-one knows what is going on. Anyway, after 3 days of trying to place an order online, now the dress I wanted is sold out.

Placed an order on Fri and have been trying to contact customer support ever since as was invoiced in USD instead of EUR, so wanted to cancel the order. No response/feedback to calls/emails. Today received a shipment confirmation instead. Will have to raise a claim with my bank. Bad service or better to say NO SERVICE(

Shockingly bad. Received parcels, didn’t want to keep any of the items. No returns slip in one package. Rang customer service to request label, never received. Rang again, no record of previous conversation. Return items. Only received refund for cheapest item despite being in same parcel. Had to ring up again and then send my proof of postage. Terrible customer experience will definitely not use again or recommend to others.

Very disappointing service. Do not expect cash back for returns.
Item sent back within one week of online purchase and waited for refund patiently. After four weeks (allowing for Christmas holiday delays) I emailed to ask about refund and was told I needed proof of postage. The item had been returned - taken to drop off, scanned but as with many other returns I have done, the staff gave a smile and said "that's it done" with no receipt provided.
Not only are Whistles refusing to "progress"my refund without proof of return, but now tell me it would not be a cash refund due to time that has lapsed!
Shockingly bad. I won't be back to Whistles.

Do not order from Whistles online. The clothes are lovely from the shop but the whole system online is totally not functioning. Firstly they could not deliver for the time needed, so when I asked to cancel- immediately after the receipt saying this- they said it was not possible to cancel the order although it would not be dispatched for three days. They then sent and e mail two days later saying one of the items was not in stock, despite having refused to cancel the order. Then the courier firm they use claimed to have delivered the parcel and nothing at my house then no way to contact courier and had e mail back from customer services saying here was a picture of the parcel with no picture. So ddisappointed as clothing is not cheap and every other clothes delivery company seems to be able to work. Improve this system whistles.
