Excellent service! Had appointment with designer, and she got exactly what i had in mind. We drew up a design, i could see on my computer what she was doing, (we shared screens) and came up with some artwork i was delighted with. I ordered the stationery, it has arrived, and it is exactly what i wanted. I actually went back, adapted the artwork and ordered thank you cards. I would highly recommend this service, very please, excellent assistance with the designers and on the phone. Faultless throughout. Excellent!

Was really pleased with the masks I bought a few months ago, great fit, soft on the face and comfortable. I was about to order more for the family but they have changed from a replaceable filter to an integrated filter. They can only be washed 25 times then you throw them away! What a waste! Back to the search.

AVOID!!! Ordered face masks a month ago, asked where my delivery was after delivery date came and went. "Sorry 5-10 production delay". Asked again 12 days later with either deliver within 5 business days or a full refund, so they refunded me. Knowing they couldn't deliver...... they just kept my money until I complained. Good job the child face masks I ordered had nothing to do helping stop a pandemic.......... they didn't even bother to contact me to say they couldn't deliver it each time. I had to do ALL the chasing. UTTERLY USELESS.

I ordered around £35 worth of business flyers and ended up using only a few. I had too much paper that I would've wasted and thought I should ask them if they recycle because I didn't wanted to just throw them. They offered me, without me asking, the amount I payed in credit so I can use later, which I thought was very kind and unexpected because it shouldn't have been their problem that I haven't used the flyers. They have my respect and appreciation, and also I recommend them for their product quality which is amazing!

Ordered face masks at the beginning of June. A delivery date was provided and, despite being a bit surprised to see that we were going to have to wait a month, at least our expectations were set. Delivery date passed with nothing from Vistaprint. I contacted them a week later to be told that most orders are delayed and we’ll be told when they ship. No new dates given, which doesn’t bode well.
Have now opened up a dispute through PayPal because we need masks now, not whenever Vistaprint get their act together, so will need to buy from elsewhere.
Update: Vistaprint have now informed me that they can’t fulfil the order anyway, six weeks after the order was taken.

Their mask sales are a complete scam. Their estimated delivery dates were much later than those stated on the web site, they source their masks from abroad and I am now informed that their shipments are delayed in transit due to customs issues. Of course Vistaprint have not informed me of any of this or kept me up to date with delays and they have proved impossible to contact! If the masks do ever arrive I anticipate that they will be cheaply produced rubbish rather than the premium priced good quality masks that they pretend to offer. At a time of crisis when people need masks this is shocking behaviour from a supposedly reputable company. Avoid!

Amazing customer service! Received our products but the colors didn't match due to the background of our logo we sent in was a different shade to the background of the mousepad and notepad. I explained that I wasn't happy and they immediately offered a new order and offered to amend it themselves. Very efficient and helpful! Thank you.

I ordered business cards recently and was very excited. However, on arrival the print quality was awful. There were white specs all over the cards, as well as scratches.
The colour of the cards were also different to that when designing them. They were supposed to be navy blue but were more like a green teal colour.
On the design I had to put a blue rectangle on the front to cover a random design. This blended in well with the navy blue colour the cards were meant to be. But on arrival it was very obvious as the colours did not match with the design.
Very disappointed in this, I paid £40 for 250 cards and I’m too embarrassed to use any of them.

Appalling website and email access and support.
I have been a customer of Vista Print - Stationary, website and email for 5 years.
In the last 12 months I have had occasions when I can't access emails and missing website. No apology so after the 5th time that I could not access emails I cancelled my account.
Vista Print are still taking payment 2 months later - apparently the cancellation failed! even though they processed the cancellation?
Appalling service if you have problem - Help desk ask you to call back tomorrow. Try running a business without emails....
Suggest you think hard before using this expensive service you don't get what you pay for...

Wanted 3 shirts but either there is only men's T's or the site wanted to me to redesign the shirt for the woman's T in my order robbing them of the 5th star. They are of high customer satisfaction, even letting me print off T's with a homosexual slur! This is a great service and would recommend.

After a nightmare time with an upgrading of a website I’ve had with Vistaprint for many years, they offered me a few months free as compensation...guess what they took money from my PayPal account regardless. Then when I asked them why the Customer Services guy was incredibly patronising and rude...he told me not to panic....panic I’m not I’m angry...no apology forthcoming just continued patronising talk trying to make me the awkward one.
Dreadful, dreadful...I’ll be moving my website elsewhere.
