Ordered a ladybird design but received a bee design when arrived. Even though order ticked said ladybird. I decided to keep rather than return as was needed for school. The product itself is however excellent just disappointed it wasnt what we ordered.

Great service speedy delivery excellent product. This is the third swim bag I’ve purchased for my grandchildren, the first two bags were bought 3 and 4 years ago and are still getting plenty of use. I would definitely recommend this product.

Service brilliant. Quality of product POOR! TWO catches for the strapss to be attached to case snapped off with barely any force. Clearly plastic not durable enough to be pushed in to actually be attached! A third being posted. Hopefully this one doesn’t break!
