The reason I took off a star was because I never had a confirmation email and I had to contact them to ask about my order. The order had been processed and the Trunki was on it's way. So all was good.

Service was good, I found the product I wanted and it was available and delivered on time... BUT the product itself doesn’t work very well unfortunately. Not sure it if is faulty or just a poor design but it leaks constantly.
