Been wearing the same earings for years, love them. Every year I treat myself to a new pair but normally visit the shop/jewellers to buy them. This time I ordered online and from delivery to the packaging, to small adds inside thanking for order made it all very personal and such a lovely touch. Will be ordering directly again next time. Love Tresor Paris jewellery, I have bought a number of items over the last year and people always comment how nice they are & look. The customer service shown when I had a fault with one of my items was effortless and professional. Also Richard in the Hatton Garden shop is so friendly, informative and helpful which makes shopping in there so enjoyable - thank you very much TP I'm a very happy customer and shall keep shopping!! The items I bought were great quality and with the April fools sale were amazingly priced. Although the shipping to Australia is more than a little steep. It only evened out because the sale was so good. I’d order more often if the shipping wasn’t $60AUD (totally over priced)

I had an issue with an engagement ring a few weeks ago and Monica was the one who assisted me in getting it repaired. She was nice, kind and patient all the way through the process. She was very bubbly, but still very professional and made everything easy for me. Best Customer Service experience so far.

Ordered Earrings as a birthday present for my wife, however the wrong earrings were delivered (Someone else's order). Luckily I opened the package to check before my wife's birthday. I rang to report the mistake when I arrived home from work, the lady said she would arrange dispatch of the correct order but it would not be done until the following day. That meant that the earrings did not arrive in time for my wife's birthday.

Good quality Product and arrived within a good timescale. Very well packed with jewellery box, velvet pouch and jewellery bag all placed nicely in a protective silver jiffy envelope. Three sizes of earrings were available, that differ by only 1 mm. My only disappointment is that they are slightly smaller than expected, do not choose the smallest size.
