Nice quick delivery. Items very well packaged. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and guard fits very securely in my car. This is my third Travall dog guard so I know how robust and effective they are. Highly recommended

I'm sure it will be put right but i purchased a dog guard and divider for my XC90 two weeks ago and it has been a nightmare to fit. It took my wife and myself two hours first time round and just now we actually gave up after nearly three hours of trying to put the divider back in place. The bolt like arms that locate in the roof receiving mechanism seem to be too big. They fit in the large hole but when pulling forward to locate in the smaller one they will simply not slot into place. Hopefully it will be put right. I intend ringing tomorrow and apologies to Travall if i have jumped the gun. Three hours on a Sunday afternoon has just been a total waste of our day.

Had to contact the company about my car (octavia VRS 2016) not having an adjustable floor which didn’t seem to match the description of the guard that the system selected for me, had a response very quickly and was very helpful, they offered to collect it for free if there were any issues and offer a full refund. Great service
Ordered it and it fits perfectly, looks really good in the car with a car specific shape. Thrilled with it.
Not the cheapest of products but the price is more than justified by the great product.
Would highly recommend the product and the customer service.

I needed a replacement hook set and made an enquiry to Travall, as it was an enquiry I had expected an email response, but I was delighted when a new hook set arrived by post. This is the best customer experience I’ve experienced. The Travall dog guard is also the easiest I’ve found to install and uninstall. Quality all round

We purchased a Travall dogguard, divider and boot liner for our Astra Estate, with the idea of being able to separate our 2 small dogs on one side safely away from our luggage without losing all our boot space as we have a baby on the way and will need the back seat. All the parts arrived very quick and were easy to fit myself and fit perfectly! We used this system for quite a while going away to different places and it worked perfectly. We took the divider out (which is handy) to give us more space and accidentally lost one of the fixings, upon contacting the company they responded straight to sort it for us!
Can not recommend enough the quality of the product and the service!

TRAVALL TDG1542 Dog Guard
Not as good as the guard for my previous Fiesta model. This guard needs some assembly at home, which wasn't necessary for my previous guard. It is also harder to fit into the car and more difficult to store at home, as it is a more awkward shape. I also can't use the parcel shelf in the car at the same time as this new guard, so I will need to remove it if I don't want the boot's contents on view. On the plus side, once it's in it does seem to do the job!

I recently purchased a set of boot dividers and dog guard for my Audi A6, installing it was a little challenging... then I read the instructions and it went in fine!! Typical Man! But it has been in my car for ute some time now, and it has changed the way we use the boot, the dog now has a space of his own and we can load the other half all the way to the roof. If installed correctly nothing rattles and it is pretty unobtrusive. I am very happy with the purchase!

The dog guard arrived extremely quickly. It’s replaced the bulky boot cover holder/nylon dog guard in my Mercedes and given my dogs much more space. Sturdy and easy enough to fit, both myself and my dogs are delighted.

Purchased car mats/boot liner packs for a VW Passat and Ford Fiesta. Customer Service staff at Travall were knowledgeable and friendly and helped me complete my orders online. Buying the pack saves money and items were with me the following day. Website is very good and asks lots of questions about your car to ensure you order the correct mats. Great service from Travall, great price, mats are good quality and fit perfectly. Why buy car manufactures expensive mats when Travall mats are of the same quality and half the price! Geat company!
