On April 25th 2018 I purchased a 5 copy version of Norton Security. Total computing sent me a 1 copy version. I have sent Total Computing 2 emails to which they have not responded. I telephoned them. The phone was finally picked up by someone answering on behalf of another company, who said they would get back to me. They have not. I have now requested my money back and there is still no response. However the company appear to still be selling online. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.

Ordered a printer for circa. £90.- but they did not have it in stock so they phoned and offered a newer model at same price. Not thinking I agreed only to see after delivery that I could have got it for £30.- cheaper somewhere else. Shop around!

Purchased Norton 360 software at a very good price, I was able to download the software onto my computer the next day using the key code provided. Had no problems or hitches with the process which is a first for me. System was straightforward and easy to use, would not hesitation in buying software this way in the future.

I was dubious about getting virus softwear this way as id always gone to pc world and so it seems paid well over the odds! Never again!! I ordered it online for download and within minutes i had the code emailed to me. Cant fault the service at all. Will be ordering next year and telling friends and family about it.
