I was trying to buy a particular 550VA UPS.
The majority of retailers were either out of stock or only contactable via email which they did not answer, or premium rate phone number which I will not use.
Total Computing Website showed item in stock. PLUS a geographic phone number which I used to confirm item on shelf and ready for my on line order.
Online order made about 0930hrs Monday. Item received via courier 1230hrs Tuesday. Standard delivery £3-95, 2-3 days.
If Total can do it why can't others?

Initially unable to order on-line but problems with their computer system were resolved within an hour of notifying the company. Order then placed and item received within 24 hours. Not many companies provide such excellent service.

Norton 360 V5 - exactly as described and delivered extremely quickly.
Only very minor niggle was their postal charge being a tad more than the actual incurred cost. Nevertheless, I would certainly recommend Total Computing.

Ordered my Norton 360 on Saturday afternoon, it was delivered the following Wednesday. Not as quick as other reviews I had read but very acceptable, all the same. Very pleased with item cost (much cheaper than anywhere else I had found). I would recommend them and definately use them again myself.

I ordered the goods one day, and they arrived the very next day by post.
Even though the delivery said "allow 2 to 3 days for delivery".
The item ordered was genuine, and not a cheap copy, as you can sometimes receive when ordering over the internet.
Well pleased with the product and the service, I would not hesitate to order anything from this company in future.
