Norton wanted about £65+ to re-licence my software for another year, so I looked around for an alternative.
I found that the best price was from Total Computers (£33.94 including delivery) so registered with them and ordered my software at 11.50 am.
Although I chose standard delivery (2 to 3 days) I received an email at 14.56 confirming despatch, and was very surprised when the postman knocked on my door the next morning at 08.45 with the delivery!
This was the first time I'd used Total Computers, and I am very impressed with their service.

19.1.2012. Recently I purchased Norton Antivirus 360 version 5 from Total Computing. It was the first time I placed an order with a company that was abolutely unknown to me. I have always used big brand names for all my shopping. I was very apprehensive about the deal, worried about the pirated version of Norton and them being a dummy company. They proved me wrong. Based on only one experience it is inappropriate to rate them as five star. I can most certainly say that their response and service was five star.

I was looking for the cheapest norton 360 that I could get without being ripped off. I came across this website by chance and the product was so much cheaper than everywhere else. It was simple to order and arrived by recorded delivery really quickly. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or family and would definitely return next time I needed computer security.

Total Computing is not like the big chains found on retail parks. Our experience was carefree, no young salesperson confusing the daylights out of me - didn't have to search for him either! Told him what we needed - no problem. Carried goods out to the car for us. Should we have any further equipment needs/advice we will be back. Thank you.
