Extremely unreliable. Ordered samples online which never arrived, even after bringing it to their attention (should've ended my business there!). I ended up ordering the tiles I wanted and after a rather long wait, the incorrect tiles arrived. Informed customer services who said they'd get the correct one sent out. I had to keep checking in every few days as it was taking a while to get any kind of feedback. Eventually had to ask for a refund (they get 1 star for a prompt refund) and it was only once I did that, that I was told a purchase order hasn't been placed for my replacement tiles. Disappointing.

Not a nice company to deal with , took £500 order paid for ‘ lockdown ‘ refused to honour the order , would not refund the money , but were willing to deliver the same order online , but had to pay gain so as now £1000 paid for a £500 order ! And you can wait for your money back

The customer service staff went out of there way to find me the tiles that I bought in november for my bathroom and when laying them I found I was one short. Unfortunately they have now been discontinued but after a few emails they had located a couple of tiles in there distribution center and within a few days they were here and I am able to finish my bathroom. Highly recommend Tile Giant.

Tile Giant currently hold £1100 of our money yet refuse to deliver goods or refund the purchase.
They took an order for delivery of tiles for our project prior to the lock-down at a store but refuse to deliver / refund as the store is closed.
Yet at the same time they will happily deliver any new order placed.
APPALLING lack of customer service / care.
Use Topps Tiles instead people!

The staff in the Preston branch of Tile Giant are knowledgable, approachable and extremely helpful. The selection of tiles was more than enough with a good range of prices, the products are good quality too. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Called into Birkenhead Tile Giant on 18/2/20 looking for floor tiles for our Kitchen and Utility Room. Both Stuart & Jordan showed us round and advised us on our choices. We decided on their choice and you can tell they are the experts. Both rooms fully tiled and look amazing with great quality, affordable tiles. Thanks guys please keep up the great work we will definitely be back when I decide to rip our bathrooms out .....👍😁

Tile Giant, Peterborough store. Excellent team, so very helpful especially Chris who phoned around to get us the extra tiles we needed. This saved the expense of a courier and we drove over to Norwich where the tiles were waiting. A big thank you to the team at Peterborough and Chris who went the extra mile to help us. Would not hesitate in recommending.

We had an excellent experience looking for tiles in the Preston store. Reese couldn't have been more helpful - showing us a selection of tiles he thought might suit what we were looking for and then offering to order any that we liked...he even made me a cup of tea! We will recommend this store to others in the future.

Visited the Preston Branch of Tile Giant in January this year. Excellent customer service and a fantastic selection of tiles and mosaics at very competitive prices.
Whilst purchasing mosaics on my second visit to the store I was recommended to also buy a mosaic support mesh at £1.99 each, which I did and this was such a great purchase as it made laying the mosaics far easier. Many thanks for all your assistance and welcome advice,

Earlier this week i visited Tile Giant Basildon.
I was politely welcomed by a dark haired female. She was so quick and assertive to welcome me and address my tile needs.
This is something i have not before experienced in your store.
If i remember rightly her name was Megan.

Would thoroughly recommend Tile Giant in Staines, good selection of tiles and extremely helpful staff. In particular I would like to mention Mo who went out of his way to help me choose floor tiles for my bathroom to go with my wall tiles after my original choice had been discontinued

Lincoln store - I spent a number of days in and out of the Lincoln store while choosing tiles for a new house we are building. It is such a difficult task to choose different tiles for different bathrooms/floors but collectively the service that I received from Dave, Steve & Mike was simply outstanding. They literally could not do enough to help me and gave me their guidance and advice on what tiles to get. I wasn’t rushed, I wasn’t ignored, I was simply allowed to take as long as I wanted to make the right decisions and they all allowed me to do this (with lots of coffees to keep me going too!) I couldn’t have been looked after any better if they tried. A real asset to Tile Giant and a wonderful team at Lincoln - thank you so much ?

Visited Bracknell Tile Giant this weekend- Amazing help from Pete!!!
He was very personal and informative throughout the experience. He spent a lot of time with us showing us the different styles of tile and how they could work in each room. We left having purchased everything we needed because of Pete!! Highly recommend the store and the staff!!!

The staff at Tile Giant Westwood Cross, Broadstairs have been extremely helpful,give their advice freely and are always pleasant. My husband and I have needed to complete two tiling projects this year and each time we have been into store it has been a pleasure. They have extensive knowledge of their products but are never condescending to their customers. Would definitely recommend. Thank you gentlemen

My daughter and I went into the Banbury branch of Tile Giant. I needed tiles for a new bathroom and kitchen. David served me
and he was most helpful. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but
David advised me, he was obviously extremely knowledgeable
